Great video thanks for the tips will be there March , i like the bourbon bar on the corner down from Lips heaps of girls in classy night dresses. Filling station perfect if you have a hot date but service can be slow .
Glad you covered “filling station” I was there in 1995 😂 and it hasn’t changed. In fact they have a hotel there too and I stayed once. Best coffee in town back then before you could find good coffee!!!! Used to be a bar next door called “ dimples “ amazing small bar . I think over the years I probably spent $100,000 usd just in dimples lol 😮
It has expanded a lot, it's probably 3 times it's original size, but all the original areas haven't changed. I think the suites are still there. The lockdown killed Dimples, I'm sure it was fun, i stay out of places like that. I'd rather drop $$ at the beach.

Thank you! Happy to hear you enjoyed the vid. It does depend on the night of the week and the crowd. But most places are a lot of fun almost every night
Good tips dude. You really got the bottle-service/table game going for you. I really gotta enjoy the resto-bars more, instead of running in and out so quickly. I usually hop around a few bars until I find a place where the Koreans/Chinese haven't taken all the sections lol
I'm glad to hear you found the video to be informative. Bottle service ends up being cheaper unless everyone is drinking beer. There are a lot of great little resto/bars, usually more of a local or western foreigner crowd.
I lived in Makati for eleven years. Owned a condo there too. So many bars now on Burgos is new. Don’t recognize many of them. Had some good crazy times there. I first went there in 1999! Yes. That far back. 😎
It has changed so much. Even since I've been here, which is about 11 years now. I can't imagine what it was like in 1999. I'll bet it was extra wild with a good side dish of crazy.
Mate, I m coming over in September 2023 and spending 5 days in Poblacion at Gramercy. Very keen to see the night life. Hopefully catch up and you can show me the spots.
Thanks, I’ll probably change things up in the new year, otherwise it’s always the same old same old, but still hoping to provide value, information and entertainment while I’m out on the town.
Great tour and like you said, plenty more, just hit the bricks. Always like a visit to Don Pedro St for one of your early eating recommendations, The Smokeyard---quiet, relaxing and good meat and found another great grill in B Valdez St---Three Guys and a Grill
Thank you for letting me know you like the content. Glad to hear it. June is sort of the start of the rainy season here, but it's been really dry, so hope it holds off this year.
Hey Eric. I'll be in Manila for the first two weeks of January. My fifth trip in twelve months. I hope I bump into you. Bit of an experiment this time. Instead of holing up at City Garden Grand I'll spend the first five nights at Edsa Shangri in Ortigas. I'm hoping that Pina, Tinder, serve up some untouched and hard-to-reach girls from QC and that hinterland instead of the makati sharks. It will be interesting. Great vid as usual.
Thanks! I haven’t been out that way in a while, but I got a chuckle out of the term “Makati Sharks” “ it is kind of an issue. My first GF here was from QC, she was a real sweetheart. Over programmed by religion, but still a fun and kind person. You might be onto something there. If you see me out, feel free to say hi!
You might find it in there, so many levels and types of Americana memorabilia, it’s delightfully unexpected to find that in the heart of a pseudo red light district.
I definitely have to go to neon night their thing eat sleep rave repeat I don’t know what came first the song with those lyrics on ER nights hopefully they play trance music
I no longer recommend you go there, unless you want the hardcore hard-press, duplicitous hard-sell treatment. New management or something. Unfortunately almost nowhere in Manila plays trance. Maybe a touch at Xylo, Octopus or Apotheka on an international DJ night.
I read that Fyre and Oculto and Neon and one more had the same owner. I stepped inside those last year and they were freezing cold inside and very expensive. Not sure what happened over there but it used to be better
Apparently it was one owner. All of the establishments used to be much better. We boycotted them about a year ago. And the recent shutdown is alleged to be because they were hiring underage girls.
Glad you found it helpful. Sometimes a Wednesday night is off the hook here. A lot of places do ladies night on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday & Saturday is always pumping and Sunday is a mix, sometimes it’s out of control. Because a lot of the BPO workers here have different off days. Some are off weds/thurs, some thurs/fri, many sat/sun and the others are sun/Mon. So Sunday is like their Saturday.
Well, at least I know where to go next time I'm there. Usually I hit a disappointing KTV bar. So any further videos of the pool player at Lips if we join the channel? Because she was.....DAMN!

Just wondering which bars both regular and gogo's would be the most accepting of older guys? I'm 63 but still look pretty young. I tried to see if there were any older guys in the clubs you showed but failed to see any. Thanks for any help you can provide!
Sure there are, I have a new friend here, he is a subscriber that said hi to me in Lips. He’s a Vietnam vet, cool guy! The girls love him, he’s older than you and also looks pretty good. I met a guy your age in Royal recently, he was with his GF. And often see older guys that don’t actually look as good. I took one of my channel members out one night, he looks old for sure, he had a blast, just don’t be a creep buy a drink or two, and it will be smooth. Age isn’t really a factor here like it is in the US.

Are there still any COVID restrictions? Did you have to wear mask still? I’ll be in Manila Jan 8 still needing test coming from US, but would they require vaccine card going into the bars/clubs? 🙈 I’ll be staying in BGC but seems like you’re mostly out in Makati area, well I guess bec there are more bars in Makati? 🤔🤷♀️ Also, do we call the bars/clubs beforehand for table reservation? That Trion Towers looks great, though I didn’t see much Airbnb short-stay on that condo. 😢
There are minor restrictions but sporadically. Some places like xylo, royal, hotels and hospitals will ask for the medical tyranny paperwork. But most places won’t bother. The only place you have to mask is on public transportation. Planes, busses, trains, Jeepneys and hospitals. BGC is a nice place to stay, super clean and convenient, plenty of malls, bars and restaurants. But all the late night, off the chain action is usually makati. Weekends n places like royal, xylo, neon, you best call for a reservation. I feel like airbnb hasn’t bounced back yet after lockdown here.
No. Some charge a cover on the weekends (like Royal, H&J and secret door) But that cover fee is redeemable for drinks or food in the bar/club. Some only charge for men, ladies enter free. But most don’t charge, and only on weekends.
Bro i have 2 questions, where can i get a nice luxury condo to rent for a week that’s close to these bars you are showing. And is bisexual females easy to meet over there?
Unfortunately, no. But the perfect pint has like 3 very tasty craft brew stouts on tap and a porter or two. As well as 40 some other killer beers. ruclips.net/video/VWe3-_Jf4gk/видео.html
Toss up, Neon nights if you want the big throw down dance floor with the standard table. But the king of poblacion will always be Royal night club, especially if you roll with a posse and a VIP table.
It's sad to see how far P. Burgos has fallen in the last 10 or so years. It used to be fantastic. Now, not so much. I lived on that street, in a hotel/condo for over 12 years. I spent more time in many of those places shown than I ever should have. No regrets though. Met many wonderful people and have many friends still in that area. Hopefully Burgos can get revived and get back to it's glory days. The big issue now is a bunch of moronic foreigners that wayyyyyy over pay for everything, including the women. In the old days if you couldn't have a blast on Burgos you simply were not alive. Good video - hope to see that area get back to normal or better.
Well said! No doubt that lockdown destroyed P. Burgos. And there is definitely the Moronic element now. I too have spent more time pummeling my liver on Burgos than is reasonable for sure. But happy to hear you enjoyed the video. I think it is coming back, there is a new "entertainment" complex coming from the owners of Royal. It's under construction. They call it "Octopus". Hopefully it will pump things up.
Right on, hard to say no to that, thank you. Welcome to the jungle. I'm headed to makati now to meet up with some bros. But you don't have to buy them drinks
Who was that at the 7:35 mark? If she is single, tell her to meet up with me so she can show me BGC. I get there mid-November. ONLY, if she is single…seriously.

@@Anonymous-gu1bt I'm walking around Poblacion & Bel air. The "RLD" is also located in this area, but one does not equate to the other. Which is a common misconception. One reason why I make these videos. It's not just a "RLD. I don't frequent gogo bars, so I can't provide you a comparison of what is best. If you want a recommendation, it's Lips. As far as freelancers go, probably still find a handful at Royal. Not on my radar, so as noted - I can't say for sure. But if you want good Thai food... I got a few spots for sure.
Bangkoks night life looks a lot cooler because it all spills out onto the street and theres tons of places to sit and chill. cant wait to hit up both. However, Phillipinas are way hotter lmao
I do like that there are those street table in Bangkok. They are available late, they are cheap, and you drink there and smoke cannabis. Hard to beat that. You can't miss with a Filipina. The sweetest Adorable Asian Latinas that speak solid English.
That's not too surprising. I had a big group of channel members booked for a nightlife tour and they wanted to meet girls, go hard and late. Wingman mode!!
It’s so new, I haven’t been in there yet. Can’t really recommend a spot I haven’t checked out yet. It does look good though! I’ll make a mention of it in one of the upcoming vids.
Yes... Good call, It is definitely a long time Staple bar right in Poblacion. For some reason my crew rarely chills there anymore, so it's not really on my active list. But It certainly deserves a mention in an upcoming feature.
I see many girls on dating sites who have a photo of themselves at the Filling Station. It's nice of them to do that because then you know to just ignore and block that 304.
What ~ Ya right, I'm going drop $200 USD on table service ~ God I hate BGC and Makati! Every time I land in Manila, I must spend $100 a day with Belmont Hotel, Food and drink! ~ Did that, done that! When I land on March 10th I'm not staying over. I'll stay at the airport and pay $50 flight one way to Lapu-Lapu / Cebu City. 1/2 the cost of Makati and a South Beach, Miami vibe baby!!!
I’m all about keeping expenses moderated. You got to know when to go, what table to get, and who to go with. I got a table the other night, me and a bro split the cost, I only dropped $40 for the whole night. Including dinner a table and the bottle. You can get airbnbs and rooms here right in poblacion and even in Boracay for under $20 a night. By all means hit Visayas. Hit the beaches, cheap domestic travel is one of the best things about 7000+ islands in the Philippines.
Thank you for the recommendation! I did see that - Haven't been in there yet. But I think someone told me it's a Go-Go style bar, I don't really feature them.
Nicely done & just a few content suggestions ... you know that little coffee place? Why not stop in & get a cuppa, converse with the owners, help your viewers get a FEEL for the local places & PEOPLE; not just T&A. You filmed a girl touching herself on here & yeah, others may like that, but I feel that it's exploitive & get turned off by "the Honeys" just being treated/viewed as "eye candy". Like I've said before, you could make a killing with all that content in your "after hours" segment, as I know there's an audience for that kind of thing; but I miss the days where I tuned into your channel to see/learn about the Culture, the people, the customs, the scenery -- & speaking of which, you don't need to be in EVERY.SINGLE.SHOT😉
@@itsManilaBaybee Try it. See what happens ... 🤔 Here's some more ideas: 1. There's a soup/veggie broth that (I believe, Nikki gets) -- what's that called & what does it consist of? It looks super nutritious & yummy! 2. You've often mentioned that a lot of the women there are professionals, i.e., accountants, etc. Why not interview them? Ask them how their journey was for them in the Phillipines? Does society support them getting an education? If not, how do they overcome those obstacles? 3. There has to be an art scene there. What's happening with it? Are collaborations available? What would that look like? 4. Housing: since you're in the market, how about letting us tag along as you view apartments/houses on the INSIDE. Describe amenities vs. pricing & do the exchange as most people have no idea what 1500 pesos means. 5. Could you do a viral review of interesting culinary places ... think Anthony Bourdain ... instead of here's bla, bla, bla next to bla, bla, bla, etc. Just a few ideas that may change things up a bit & attract a wider audience 🤔
@@itsManilaBaybee All the other vloggers do that same old same old video. You’re in a niche market with these vids Eric. Check out King Epic in Thailand on RUclips. He’s got tons of subscribers with the same niche like yours.
@@monville8899 Thanks man, I have started shooting some video of the interior of the spots I've been viewing as potential rentals. I'll try and remember to do the $ conversion when I mention pesos. I often do reviews of little restaurants, I just don't market it like a Resto review (like this recent one) ruclips.net/video/3B_JLXLaSVk/видео.html. I do like the original Bourdain format, maybe I'll get back to a bit more of that. Interviews are tougher since the lockdown, many people just avoid the camera when I ask. I think I intimidate them, I'm noticed I'm not as open and easy as I used to be here. I actually write a lot about the culture here, the education and caste system struggles. I just gave up the website so I don't publish it anymore. One day I'll get back to it, maybe a podcast format. But I don't want to be anymore of a talking head than I already am.
You actually made a 15 minute video about Burgos and barely showed the main attraction and the reason anyone would go there...FILIPINAS. Your yapping mug was all there is here
Yes, that's exactly right. Because I appreciate the underlying culture of Poblacion/P. Burgos that has nothing to with bargirl joints, solicitors, street-walkers and short time massage parlors. It's a great little microcosm of hole in the wall eateries, boutique restaurants, party and chill bars and nightclubs. Not everyone goes to Poblacion/P. Burgos to mac daddy on Filipinas. It's a great place for a dinner date, cocktails and dancing, or to just chill with your bro's and have a few cold ones and a nice Cigar. I don't care to promote s3x tourism. There are plenty of videos outlining that element of Burgos out there.
We have fun in the Adult oriented bars on Burgos too. I just like to go with my fiancé, it's actually more fun that way (for me). Being a part of the nightlife community, you can't avoid them. And I do discuss them in videos... Like this one: ruclips.net/video/X8WMJktSWQs/видео.htmlfeature=shared Maybe you'll find it more to your liking.
Is remits➡️ Erimta? If so, I don't really like to go there. It's not what it used to be. Just dirty, lots of poverty, prone to crime, and the bars are oriented towards KTV/JTV, or bargirls.

You are welcome, thanks for watching.
Great video thanks for the tips will be there March , i like the bourbon bar on the corner down from Lips heaps of girls in classy night dresses. Filling station perfect if you have a hot date but service can be slow .
Thanks for letting me know you appreciated the video. It’s definitely coming back online in Poblacion. It’s jumping almost every night somewhere.
@@itsManilaBaybee Dimples is still there, in the side street where 'Tickles' used to be. But the old Dimples, now Nautika, is pretty good if you like eye candy.
Yes, nautica is pretty good. Took some Aussies in there not too long ago, and it was fun.
Love the Med food suggestions!
There is some great Med food available in poblacion!! Definitely in my top 5 cuisines
Gonna be in Manila this Saturday so this is a good vid 🍻🍻
Glad you found it to be helpful. Enjoy the trip!
thanks fella for all the info, will be down mid jan and these vids definitely make a difference
Glad to hear you found the video to be value added!
Great video pal.
Will be checking out some of these place in August.
Subbed 😎
Thanks for letting me know, and for the support! Glad to hear you appreciated the video.
Love watching ur vidzz at night when Im in bed, i almost feel like I'm there. Thanks for showing me around.
Thanks for letting me know. I do focus on producing videos that are immersive in the Philippines experience. I don't really like the vlog format, but it seems to be the most popular, and it's relatively easy to shoot.
Last time I was on P Burgos was Feb 2020. It looks like there are more new bars or are they old bars that closed during Covid then reopen? Can’t wait to go back. Great vid. Love it. 😎🥃👍
Most are new, or rebooted. Very few have reopened, but new ones open in their place. Glad to hear you enjoyed the video.
Am coming over at the end of February.. I can't wait 🤣
Nice just in time for summer here. Enjoy!
nice video ma!! ive been to all the clubs and bars there..and my favorites are hq, secret door and almacen..I think it depends on the crowd and the individual as well...good video man
Thank you! Happy to hear you enjoyed the vid. It does depend on the night of the week and the crowd. But most places are a lot of fun almost every night
Great videos as always.👍
Thanks! Glad to hear you liked it.
Great video man!
Thank you! I’m happy to hear you appreciated it.
Thanks for the great infos.. I didn't know Manila has such a great places to hang out....👍
It is a huge city. This video barely scratches the surface. It's an amazing and awesome city.
Mate, I m coming over in September 2023 and spending 5 days in Poblacion at Gramercy. Very keen to see the night life. Hopefully catch up and you can show me the spots.
I’m sure you will enjoy, a little rainy, but not to hot that time of year. If you see me out and about, feel free to say hi.
Luv your videos bro 🍺 FUN TIMES!
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the tour; I think the Smokeyard is now a Japanese restaurant, a lot of places closed, but also a lot opening now as well.
@@itsManilaBaybee Hmm, the lockdowns probably got the Smokeyard----it was owned by an American guy who used to go home on a regular basis
Great video pal
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching, and letting me know.
I did some of those bars in January on my visit there 🤣 thanks for the info on the rest of them
Cool, just a few of the regular haunts. Thanks for watching. I'm happy to hear you found the video informative.
I like your platform. I'll arrive to Makati Manila June 11
Filling station-off the chart expect the unexpected
Super informative vid... Are any of these spots looking good during the week as well ?
Glad you found it helpful. Sometimes a Wednesday night is off the hook here. A lot of places do ladies night on Wednesday or Thursday. Friday & Saturday is always pumping and Sunday is a mix, sometimes it’s out of control. Because a lot of the BPO workers here have different off days. Some are off weds/thurs, some thurs/fri, many sat/sun and the others are sun/Mon. So Sunday is like their Saturday.
Perfect timing. I land Tuesday and staying in the area. Any suggestions for regular bar daytime drinks?
Any of the sports bars, the new Fyre sports bar on Burgos, shooters at the red planet. Probably H&J too.
Great vlog brother I love me some El Chupacabra many a drunken night in there with awesome food....thank you sir.
Thanks man, it’s a great spot for sure.
Well, at least I know where to go next time I'm there. Usually I hit a disappointing KTV bar. So any further videos of the pool player at Lips if we join the channel? Because she was.....DAMN!
We rarely do KTV unless it's a group. And coincidentally, yes. Both the pool playing girls are coming up in another video soon.
Tired of Burgos St. where else do you recommend? Great videos by the way.
Sometimes it feels like the same old same old… I got that way with Forbestown after living in BGC for a few years. But Forbestown is a great alternative ➡️ ruclips.net/p/PLIA5rChK_G9Fjt5IlEUcOCpcJQBqOlnm2
Eastwood city in QC is a nice change of pace ➡️ruclips.net/p/PLIA5rChK_G9EpckBNqqO4UPm55dfyTfjq
There are always the casinos, and some people like the Malate area, but neither have ever really appealed to me.
Awesome guide...enjoyed all the beautiful scenery....need to get on a plane soon! 👉
Thanks, glad to hear you found it helpful. It’s definitely worth a trip.
There used one called Mascara. Pretty wild n fun with lots of girls😊
I kind of remember that. But it was a girly bar. I tend to keep those off the lists because you can't actually feature them. No video allowed inside.
3rd time watching this one in preparation for my upcoming trip......If I may make a suggestion for a video idea.. If you could bring up a map of the Poblacion/Makati area as well as other areas and narrate where some or all of these hot spots are located (possibly different videos for different suggestions) while pointing out on the map. As well as maybe some good ideas on where to stay. Obviously you have given us more than enough info to go on google and do our due diligence.....But a video like that I think would get a lot of attention....Just a suggestion...Keep em coming bro I'm tapped in!!
Happy to hear you find the video helpful. I used to do map narration videos, it’s a good idea to do one of pobla. Thanks for the recommendation. This is the next vid in this bar tour series ➡️ ruclips.net/video/JY_g9IZ0Wfg/видео.html
Hey whats that Heaven Bar in the background on clip 10:21, it has an Italian flag 🇮🇹
Maybe the owner is Italian? That spot is kind of a dive bar, pool table, small chill, cheap beers.
great report
Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed the video
Wow stunning vlog tanks buddy

Hi Bro great content. Will be there 8-11 Nov. would be great to meet up
Hello, thanks for checking out the video and the comment. We are often out for nightlife tours. This link has some more information about that ➡️ bit.ly/PI_Consult
@@itsManilaBaybee Thanks man I appreciate it...been to PH several times but never in the clubs like that...Wow...so many smoking hot women. I'll be in Manila in mid-March two days before I leave for Thailand and will be staying close by to P Burgos so planning on taking in a little night life. It would be cool to meet up with you if you're there. It'll be a Sunday and Monday that I'll be there so it may be a little subdued but hopefully still fun. Hi, are these bars OK for the solo traveller?
Yes, I’ve gone into all these places solo on many occasions.

Many options for some chill, or wild nightlife for sure
Hello. Do you have to pay an entrance fee for every bar that you go too?
No. Some charge a cover on the weekends (like Royal, H&J and secret door) But that cover fee is redeemable for drinks or food in the bar/club. Some only charge for men, ladies enter free. But most don’t charge, and only on weekends.
Thank you for the info 😊.
I was in that area this past April
It's a bit seedy, but It's really a great spot for nightlife and latenight binges
Good Stuff, when you say Go Go Bar you mean Pole dancers? If so are they bar fineable???
Yes, and yes!!
Bro i have 2 questions, where can i get a nice luxury condo to rent for a week that’s close to these bars you are showing. And is bisexual females easy to meet over there?
Try airbnb, and no, organically it's not easy. But it is easy if you are meeting P2P types.
Thanks chief keep it up
I have another one like this coming up - More spots to hit
what's the best hotel in malate to stay close to the bars i go twice to the philippines years I always stay makati
I have no idea. I don't really like the Malate vibe, so I rarely go there. Maybe check out the reviews on Google maps, see what comes up.
Bro do you know any bars that have Guinness on tap
Unfortunately, no. But the perfect pint has like 3 very tasty craft brew stouts on tap and a porter or two. As well as 40 some other killer beers. ruclips.net/video/VWe3-_Jf4gk/видео.html
Cheers mate

I’m coming to the Philippines in October, I’m looking for a condo for a month can you recommend one?
I've always liked the Knightsbridge residences In Century city Makati. But they may still enforce medica| tyranny.
Which is the best night club in makati bro
Toss up, Neon nights if you want the big throw down dance floor with the standard table. But the king of poblacion will always be Royal night club, especially if you roll with a posse and a VIP table.
You can see more of Royal here ruclips.net/video/JY_g9IZ0Wfg/видео.html
Top notch
So glad to hear it! Thanks for your feedback
How much for a bottle of Jameson or Jack Daniels appx at Neon Nights?
Jack would run 3, maybe 3.5k php. Jamesons, likely closer to 5k php.

Who was that at the 7:35 mark? If she is single, tell her to meet up with me so she can show me BGC. I get there mid-November. ONLY, if she is single…seriously.
She is fantastic for sure. But you are about 4 years too late. She's my fiancée. But she does do tours, passport bro tours, nightlife tours, and even sightseeing.

@itsManilaBaybee you're walking around the RLD and you don't know? Yeah right 🤥
@@Anonymous-gu1bt I'm walking around Poblacion & Bel air. The "RLD" is also located in this area, but one does not equate to the other. Which is a common misconception. I see many girls on dating sites who have a photo of themselves at the Filling Station. It's nice of them to do that because then you know to just ignore and block that 304.
I don't understand your rationale for blocking a person because they went to a popular restaurant. Half the city goes there to eat and take photos.
Hit the beaches, cheap domestic travel is one of the best things about 7000+ islands in the Philippines.
king content
Thank you my man. I appreciate that, and happy to hear you enjoy the content.
Check farfasha bar
Great suggestions, thanks so much for the feedback. Maybe it’s time to get back to my roots.
@@itsManilaBaybee Try it. See what happens ... 🤔
Here's some more ideas:
