Hi from England. This is amazing, you may not know but the combination of Strawberries and Cream is famous here in Wimbledon. Ever heard of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships :) !!! Wimbledon tennis have always been famous for their home grown British strawberries with Cream. I buy them all the time when I'm watching the tennis in June. We always look for good strawberry recipes around June to celebrate the tennis. And this hit the nail on the head. Thanks for your recipes, forever grateful X

Looks delicious! I do a similar recipe to this that is even easier! I use frozen empanada discs and put in some strawberry jam and cream cheese.. seal with fork, fry, sprinkle some sugar - and waaahla! Love the combination

Cassie crowder- i actually turned the whole thing around. Its cos the first batch seemed a little less cooked underneath. I always have this problem with puff pastry where the bottom side remains kinda gooey...thanks for the advice ill try less lemon next time x
