Wimbledon tennis have always been famous for their home grown British strawberries with Cream. I buy them all the time when I'm watching the tennis in June. Looks delicious! I do a similar recipe to this that is even easier! I use frozen empanada discs and put in some strawberry jam and cream cheese.. seal with fork, fry, sprinkle some sugar - and waaahla! Love the combination

Cassie crowder- i actually turned the whole thing around. Its cos the first batch seemed a little less cooked underneath. I always have this problem with puff pastry where the bottom side remains kinda gooey...thanks for the advice ill try less lemon next time x
