I have been doing your recipes ever since i was like 12 years old Laura and now I'm 17 and will be 18 in Dec. Every time i cook/bake something people ask me how i learned and I always say from Laura Vitale. I have learned so much just by watching your videos and I wanna say thank you. :) I will definitely be making this for my family thanksgiving.
Laura, you made me love cooking and baking very much. I really want to grow up and have my own kitchen, and cook for my husband, kid and my love ones just to see them smile. I've successfully managed to persuade my parents to buy me an oven a few months ago and I love it very much!! I always follow your recipes and it always turn out amazing. Thanks and love you. you are very inspiring when it comes to cooking. xoxo

Laura prepares everything with so much love and affection, that's why the videos are so amazing and inspiring to us! The other night I was watching one of the videos where she could barely keep her eyes open, but still she was perfect as always, a true professional. I love these videos, and I really appreciate all you do for us Laura
Laura I love your videos and I have personally tried some of your recipes. I must admit they are amazing. Your recipes remind me of the homestyle cooking my grandmother makes me. So i find it awesome you take so much from your grandma. You are diverse and make recipes for everybody, while still keeping touch with your italian roots. I am a big fan of yours and I hope you have an awesome thanksgiving!
Hi Laura, I've been watching your videos for quite a while now and you have become such an inspiration to me in life. You are filled with love towards your Nonna and husband. When I feel sad, I turn towards you and watching your videos make me feel happy again:) You are passionate about your cooking and I think it is really inspirational. I am only 13 years old and you have inspired me to cook everyday andin the future, I would like to go to culinary school. Like so she can see! Love, Michelle
Watching this while your dinner rolls are rising... Sort of addicted to your recipes :) Also, I have a 3 year old son, and whenever he hears the first two notes of your intro song he runs up to me and excitedly shouts "laura!!" and proceeds to watch as many episodes as I let him in a row.
First time viewer and you are so fun to watch...and I wish I was your neighbor to help you try all of the goodies! Blessings to you & thank you for sharing!
wow so yummy everything came out so good just as it looked in video I used frozen dough befor but this dough is so perfect I finally made the best sticky rolls ever thank you
Just made these tonight, and they were AMAZING!! It was a little difficult to find corn syrup and plain pecans here in New Zealand. I managed to find a massive 500ml pot of corn syrup haha but ended up substituting the pecans for almonds. BEST RECIPE I HAVE MADE, TY :)
YES! They were hard as well because they had not risen the amount that they needed, thus making them soft and yummy. This is the key right here to any sweet bread. My grandma taught me that with flour, salt, sugar, yeast, you have to have hydration. Even though the recipe called for milk or even water the dough may become too dry or hard.... add more milk or water. I prefer milk, this will work each time. :)
I made this today and everyone loved it! You are right, it is really impressive :) was getting compliments all night! Thank you so much for inspiring me to bake!!
Laura you're always burning your mouth and tongue. My family thinks Im the best cook ever but I literally learn fro you. Love all the way from South Africa
I've made your cinnamon buns 4 times. the first three times were failures. they were rock hard. I kept on fixing what I thought were mistakes: the yeast, the oven temperature, ect. but today I found out why my buns were so hard. my flour is a lot dryer, so I was supposed to add more water or milk. my 4th try was a success. :D
Due to the “stay at home” mandate for the Coronavirus I came across this recipe. I made these yesterday without the apples. They were amazing. Thanks Laura.
Just had to let you know I made your apple turnovers yesterday, my husband ate the whole thing! And he told me I need to go buy more puff pastry and make them again. Thank you so much for your recipes
Awesome! thanks for uploading this! I would stick those two ends pieces in there too! the caramel sauce makes up for the end pieces not having anything in them...
Also it could be even better if you sliced the apples very thinly instead of cutting them up and if you pop them in the microwave (or steam them) for 1 minute they are pliable when you roll it up! xx
To those who complaint of hving no measurements or whatsoeva: Laura has uploaded ALL the mearsurements in HER WEBSITE. plz look carefully at the details of the videos before u make any complain! Seriously i hv seen enough these comments -- be smart guyss!
Made these yesterday...sooooo delicious! Only thing is the way the recipe is written is a bit confusing, but I'll definitely keep this recipe and make it again and again! The apples are a great touch!!!
I am soo excited to go home and amaze my family and friends with this recipe over Thanksgiving. Not only am I making your apple turnovers, but I am making THIS. My loved ones are going to be in for such a treat :) thanks so much!
I was so excited when she read the ingredients because I have them all at home right now, but I don't have a standing mixer. I think I should ask for a standing mixer for Christmas.
Oh gosh I can't wait to make this at home. I was the talk of the family for weeks after I made the cinnamon rolls, I think I'm gonna knock my family's socks off with this one! For the longest while I wanted to make caramel flan but I can't seem to get the right sized ramekins.
These looked beautiful :) Another one of your recepies i'm going to have to recreate! My parents are going mad at me for constantly baking/cooking as their 'having' to help me eat it all! Lol. Keep the videos coming please Laura, they cheer me up every time I open my subscription box! From Elizabeth, UK.
whenever i activate yeast i just use honey. it doesn't really need a specific measurement i just use a regular spoon for this recipe and it works much much better than regular sugar. it will foam and rise so make sure you have larger bowl
thanks Laura for the favoulus buns, i was hoping to do cinnamon rolls once but wasn't ready yet, by watching you i decided to do it at last .. Oh my God .. it was soooo nice .. my sisters loved it, but i had trouble with liguid amount, it wasn't enough at all, i had to increase water to half cup instead of quarter, and the milk to 1 1/4 cup instead of 3/4
This reminds me of a recipe we do every year! At least the dough making does! We make this breakfast pastry called the Cheery-go-round. It reminds me of waking up on Christmas day and opening our stockings before we did presents! :D
Hi Laura!! I love love lovee!!! cinnamon raisin bread! but I can never find a good recipe. I absolutely love every single one of your recipes, could you please please show us your recipe for cinnamon raisin bread please!!! THUMBS UP SO SHE CAN SEE!!! :D
I've made caramel with butter, cream and brown sugar many times and never used corn syrup. Just leave the corn syrup out. Also the rolls will easily be sweet enough with the sugar that's in the bread dough and the sugar rolled in with the apple and the sugar in the caramel.
