Website :Markus Reuter is a man of many dimensions, the epitome of an evolutionary artist, a musician, composer and collaborator, someone who fuses touch guitar playing with technology, in order to design sonic landscapes and experiences.
Markus is a true Architect of Frequencies, someone who understands the intersection of design and improvisation, in delivering sound that is organic and living.
Markus is also a Teacher and instrument designer, conceiving the U8 and U10 Touch guitars, a man who has toured the world with various projects including Stick Men (Pat Mastelotto, Tony Levin), The Crimson ProjeKct and Europa String Choir to name a few.
I was super lucky to catch up with Marcus on this episode of 8,000 miles to TapTown, discussing may things from Touch Guitar to Touring, Imagination to inspiration and last but not least the Architecture of Frequencies.

Markus' take on the physics of making sound to his philosophies (just go for it => improv. orchestra in college) are most fascinating. Humble guy too. Some interesting text bites appeared on the screen throughout => chat mistake, touchscreen sprint, touchscreen circle, robert fritt, raw guitar, perdue (padauk), wall guitar, pat antonio (pat and tony), or guitar, just to name a few, I couldn't stop laughing. Another great presentation from Finbar!!!!!!
