Looks awesome. I was surprised that there wasn’t any chicken broth in it. I will definitely have to make this. It must freeze well too. My favorite soup is turkey. But I can eat soup at any meal and any season. I never could understand people who say they don’t eat soup in the summertime!

Can you use this for chicken corn chowder pot pie?
While it is a thick chowder, i'm not sure if it would be too loose for a pot pie. I would definitely give a try!
