What's the point of buy a compact camera if you have to add adapters, filters and hoods and ends up looking like an X-E4 with the 23mm f2 lens form fuji?😂
I went for the square one in black and the lens hood cover = triple kit from same manufacturer. Cost more but the lens cover is as good as Fuji’s. So the branded one is back in the box. Less optical blockage than larger round one.
I went with the haoge hood with the tapered sides that now has a new version that comes with a metal lens cap that actually fits. It’s pretty high quality. The tapered sides don’t block VF.

@@xhynetuseinovski I was probably typing this when you showed it. Ha I’m between the square one and the Nisi all in one UV filter that is out of stock everywhere. Looks like it extends out some
Sorry Bro, not the perfect lenshood. Try LLC or Quenox instead. Looks identical but you have the opportunity to use filters and the hood at the same time. Price under 20 bucks as well.
Just want to clarify that you CAN use a filter and the hood at the same time, I just couldn’t in this case because of the step up ring 😊
You failed to mention that the lens hood obscures part of the frame when using the built in flash.
There’s no way to keep the cinebloom and have the hood?
if you buy the correct filter size, you can
Didn’t work with my step up ring but if you buy the correct size it will! Excuse me for that confusion.

Valid! Should still be offered in the box, your choice to use it or not. This is $1600, not a fake $100 copy off ali express lol

is there warm issue with VI while taking pics like V?
Nothing that I have noticed to be honest.
Does it get on the way of the viewfinder. I know some of the hoods do. I’m thinking of the square one.
If you watch towards the end i show how it looks, there is about 15-20% blockage.

@@dccoletrain the nisi one is very well thought out for sure! i may end up getting a square too but i really like the way this one looks for sure!
You should not have to pay for a lens hood,it’s just ridiculous for a camera 📷 at this price point.😊
@@b.2221 glad i’m not the only one that thinks this!
Hi! Am I the only one who cannot unscrew the original lens ring on my x100vi?
same here bro. mine was on very tight.
The Haoge LH-X54 is better in my opinion because you can still use filters and original lens cap.
i do like the look of the original lens cap so i may have to get that one as well!
but you can still use filters with this one. i just had the wrong size for it to work.
I mean, just buy a 49mm filter and you can use it with the hood
Yes I will be definitely getting a smaller one.
Loved the intro.
Thanks bro.

I may get a back up and try one of those. Thanks bro!
i just had the wrong filter size but you can use the hood with a filter
You are the first who noticed and said that: No lens hood!!!! bravo!!!
It just doesn’t make sense..
