This video should have much more views. As someone who is currently planning to relocate to Amsterdam from another EU country, this was the most useful video I could find on housing.

Good to note that this recording was from 2021, so depending on where you're searching, it's likely that you'll see an increase in the prices (compared to the numbers mentioned in the video). This is due to a number of factors including increased cost of living, interest rates, demand, building costs etc. But you can see up to date figures on websites like funda.nl or pararius.nl. Good luck with your relocation!

Would you be able to refer a person/company who could advise me on my tax situation, government aids and the 30% tax applied(or not)? That would help my decision because everything seems so expensive to do this career upgrade, I am not sure it's worth it 😭
