    The cow with Hump 🐪 is native breed and Cow with no Hump 🐄 is foreign breed .

    • @SeanandEmily
      @SeanandEmily  21 день назад +8

      Thank you!!! That’s easy to tell the difference then 👍🏻 ….are all cows treated equally?

    • @taletrove91
      @taletrove91 21 день назад +11

      @SeanandEmily Not necessarily. The treatment of cows often depends on factors like the breed, cultural significance, and farming practices in a particular region. For example, native breeds with humps may be valued for their adaptability to local conditions and traditional uses, while foreign breeds are often preferred for higher milk production. This can lead to differences in care and treatment. However, it's important to advocate for ethical and equal treatment of all animals, regardless of their breed.

      Most animals are connected to gods for Hindu's coz our ancestors were clever they knew human's nature of having more of everything.. infact every atom in creations are atoms of God .. that's how we have 3600,00,000 god's in Hindu's even three are prayer...either they're clever or brilliant 😜.. that's how india has seeds of rice as old as 5000yrs old with our farmers

    Hey Sean & Emily,
    The industrial tycoon who started Kingfisher Airlines is Vijay Mallya. He's absconding in UK, wanted by India. You're absolutely right, didn't pay up salaries of his staff & had a lot of debt, hence he fled the country. Old Goa - Sé Cathedral (the white building) & Basilica of Bom Jesus, where this year the exposition of St Francis Xavier's body was held. Hence the huge number of vehicles.
    Ride safe & tc.

    Nice episode. That church is the Se Cathedral built in the mid 1500s and in operation since 1619, It is a World Heritage SIte and the largest church in asia. Next to it is Bom Jesu Basilica where the body of St Francis Xavier lies in a glass casket. Besides monkeys, cows and crowds there's lots of history and interesting places along the way, might be an idea to research ahead as you plan your route, of course it all depends on the purpose of your trip. 17:10 well, he was Vijay Mallya, the owner of kingfisher brand which he got from his very rich father. He was doing all good in his alcohol business, but he didn't wanted his name to be associated to alcohol but to something good so he started Kingfisher airlines in which he gave very premium luxury at affordable rates, but there was something going on behind due to which he couldn't pay the amount and had to go MIA. Even today there is a famous street in Bangalore named after his father Vittal Mallya

    Hello from Goa, I have been following your channel for a week now! Old Goa is usually a city of Churches and Currently the exposition of St. Francis Xavier's body is on till the 5th of January and pilgrims from all all the globe have been coming to venerate the Saint.
    The huge monkey jumping onto the roof are Lungurs .
    Cashews were introduced to goa by the Portuguese, the nuts are processed and sold but the cashew fruit is a yummy sweet a bit sour and the juice is processed to make a lovely seasonal drink called Uraak' and the other matured called Feni' both alcoholic 😊

      Hi, thanks for following and we hope you are enjoying the series 😊. Thanks for the info, that would explain the large crowds -glad we didn't stop as we were not dressed for the occasion.
      Ah they are Lungurs - we were wondering what they were as we saw them again a few times -beautiful creatures but probably trouble makers for the locals 😁
      Thanks again for your comment 😊🙏

    • @shawnferns2375
      @shawnferns2375 20 дней назад

      @SeanandEmily Yeah you will see lots of langurs and macaques during your travel in and around goa also when you head down to South India, You have to be very careful around macaques they are usually very inquisitive and will not hesitate to grab your belonging and run up a tree or up a wall, if you try and chase them they can become very aggressive and will attack as a pack! I wouldn't even recommend feeding them as that is the biggest mistake most people do,
      South goa is pretty chilled laid back, though it might be a bit crowded this time of the year and offcourse with the new year coming in. Agonda, Patnem, Palolem are some amazing locations, Visit the Galjibag beach in Canacona district.

      Hi Stephen, we really enjoyed the tour too (some people here really don't understand that we aren't complaining about the heat it's just it's taking some time to get used to) actually all this heat and humidity is doing our skin great -not sure about the fumes from the trucks though 🤣. Yeah Sean let them off as soon as the car started rolling back -fortunately the car behind had actually left some space for us to roll back too!

    Helo. Mae eich fideos yn hyfryd (since you’re Welsh 😊)
    Really enjoying your videos - their “in the moment” feel, the gorgeous scenery and let’s not forget, the constant and cheerful banter between the two of you 😄
    We live in Chennai, India now, but nearly three decades ago, we lived in your part of the world - and explored all of Wales, from the mountains of Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons, the spectacular beaches of Pembrokeshire to the quietly beautiful valleys in the south with their (even back then) defunct coal mining towns. And I think we must’ve visited almost every castle in South Wales! 😂
    The scenery was very different to what you’ve experienced here in India, but just as beautiful. And the people were so nice and friendly… just like the two of you, I reckon!
    Safe travels wherever you go, and hope you make it back to India sometime in the not too distant future
    Have a wonderful 2025 👍😊

      Thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to share your memories! It’s incredible to hear about your adventures in Wales - you’ve painted such a vivid picture of its beauty and charm. We absolutely love the diversity of landscapes there too, and it’s wonderful to know you explored so much of it.
      India has been such a special experience for us, and you’re absolutely right - the scenery is completely different but equally breathtaking. The warmth and friendliness of the people here have left a lasting impression on us, just as you described about Wales.
      Wishing you a fantastic 2025 as well, and who knows - maybe we’ll cross paths in India again someday! Safe travels and thank you for being part of our journey!

    Since you love nature and animals, you will enjoy riding through Bandipur, Nagerhole and Muthimalai National Parks. All three are a single forest range with different names. Bandipur and Nagerhole is in Karnataka and Muthumalai is in Tamilnadu State. There is a very good chance that you will see Elephants and deers, and if you are really lucky you might see a tiger! Please don't travel after 5 pm as it is a thick forest it could be dark even at 5 pm( National Parks are closed from 9 pm to 6 am to allow for the free movement of wild animals)! and if you are traveling through these national parks please try to reach your destination during the day time itself as there will be more animals on the road when its getting darker. You will see plenty of vehicles passing through during the day time here, so you will not be alone. Riding via Bandipur and Nagerhole is easy but the Muthumalai national Park road leading to Ooty has 36 hairpin bends with steep climbs. So if you don't like this adventure, please avoid it. All the best wishes.

    How good was Calimoto for you guys in India? As a local, I find that it often charts routes that send me into unknown and tiny villages in the quest for "twisties" or "winding roads" which sort of become tedious and I end up using google maps instead.

    • @SeanandEmily
      @SeanandEmily  19 дней назад +1

      Yeah it worked well for us, as you say it really does find the twisty routes. But you can change the setting between twisty and curvy or fastest for each section of the route -which is what we do if we don't like certain parts of the calculated route - so just drop a via point at the start and finish of the parts you like the look of and change the other sides to fastest route. We also like it because we can easily put the routes onto our GPS navigator

    Cows and monkeys, goats or pigs...the land belongs to everyone isn't it?? Arrogance of humans to believe that they can own the land, shouldn't be seen in the country that has been a colony, not so long ago. And of course, India is land of spirituality, so there are those reasons too. Glad to see that at least, Indians have learnt to accommodate and tolerate other beings too, no matter how irritating, some appear. Still learning about new culture aren't we?? Learning curves are steep and requires a lot of humility. I am sure with all the modern education and information available today, that should not be a problem, at all. I believe you’ve mentioned you lane spilt on your gold wing before which is awesome 😎 but you need to remember America has massive lanes and so much space. In India every vehicle is fighting to get to the front and there’s little to no room between the vehicles -so lane splitting is difficult.
      Glad you enjoyed the uk tour -the Scotland rides where amazing!!! Nice that you were born in Scotland but I bet you prefer the weather in California!! thanks very much and all the best to you too 😎👍🏻
