He used to be really unhealthy, suffering from drug abuse, eating disorders, alcoholism and mental health issues. He’s almost 50 and has a wife and kid, he’s gonna look different than he did in 2005. He’s probably way happier now that he doesn’t have to deal with a lot of what he used to. He’s taking care of himself way more now than he ever has.

Also just because he’s sober now and not suffering from mental illness as much doesn’t automatically make him “healthier”. People get offended, (especially nowadays) when someone calls out weight. Whether you like it or not, being over a certain body fat percentage does harm to your body.
