- We brought in people ages 0-100 to answer some of life’s big questions. Well, technically, we couldn’t find anyone 100 years old - but we did find a gentleman who is 105. I think there's a lot to be said about the 105 year old man being the most experienced and having seen the most in life saying how he honestly would not know what he would change. I think there's a lot of wisdom in that.
Yet not him or anybody else said 'a world without wars' or something equivalent. That alone tells that the video was filmed in the US the biggest war criminal mention on earth.

I just want people to stop for a second and look around to see how truly beautiful the world and how beautiful each other are... I know that's silly, but we don't do it that often.

I would increase the LOVE in the world, not the love we see on TV and in magazines, but REAL LOVE, family love brother love, the love that so many of us dont know. What many of us dont realize is that love is one of the most unknown and powerful things ever known. Its all around us yet there are so many wars, so much greed and so much depression.
We want so many things in the world, but nothing will happen if people like you and me do nothing in order to accomplish these things. Progress requires change and action!

That's actually my favorite part! It shows how he is growing up! One day he'll learn it wasn't any better in the past but for now he is innocent. :)

tom I thought that was interesting, because a lot of older adults like saying stuff like that, and maybe he got it from his parents or grandparents or something! It just goes to show what kind of influence elders have on their children when they're young and impressionable. :)
I LOVE what the woman at 1:37 said about to get rid of bad beliefs, and that people believe in too many things rather than/that they forget to believe in themselves. Because that would stop war, and that would make us more connected and that would also, save this planet from more destroyment such as pollution, exploitation etc. And more people would get food to survive, also saving the planet in terms of human life. I want a loving and understanding, smart, communicative society where we all can share, learn and admire our differences and thoughts, where we can help each other. Without checking off humiliation, threats and violent behavior. Let us all be one and equal. As Dr. Seuss once said - "When you live on a round planet, there's no choosing sides."
When that 11 year old talked about not having to pay for food, being able to eat whenever we want and that it would grow out for the ground it really hit me that that is in fact how we as human were intended to live. Simply and within our means. Then maybe we would all be fed, more giving, thankful and happy together :)
Id change all the hate in the world and make it love.Because if everyone loved each other and was welcome and kind then their would be no war, no bullying, no body image disorders, no depression. Because their would be so much love and kindness. You would always be welcome appreciated and loved. Which is the way it should be

if people's lives can be filled with grief, they can be filled with happiness too
This is a video from Soulpancake that I truly love, I haven't been seeing many videos like I used to that I truly appreciate the same, maybe because I've changed but this is truly good.

If I could change one thing in the world it would be for every human to realize that life's to short... Take what you want from that sentence because it means a lot of things
I would get rid of all diseases such as cancer and I would get rid of all anxiety. I would want all people to just be happy and healthy.
i would change society and how people view each other. equality is such an important of changing how people treat each other. you hate because we aren't the same but we are all people, we are all equal. that's it.

I would teach others about acceptance and love. Many people lack the gift of kindness. I wish that everyone could learn to be accepting of love and to do so towards others. I wish that everyone who needs one could be given a hug. I hope that one day people will turn to their neighbors and say, "I love you." Maybe the person that was spoken to, has never heard that before. Everyone deserves to be loved. I'm sorry if this sounds like a persuasive essay, but that is how I would want the world to be changed.
Everybody is talking about the 7 year old girl that said dinosaurs but did you hear what she said at first? She said that she cant see anything wrong with the world right now. That made me sad. This little girl hasn't been hurt by the world yet, she hasn't seen the things wrong with it. I miss that.

Bringing dinosaurs back sounds like a pretty much brilliant idea, to be honest.
The 37 year old said "change rich people to poor people" can someone explain this to me? I'm not rich but I feel like he is saying that rich people are bad which I don't think is true. Most, not all, rich people got to where they are because of hard work and they know how to make money. If you changed "rich people to poor people" they would, sooner or later, be rich again because they know what they need to do to get there. Just a thought.
I want technology to stop progressing so quickly. So many people rely on things like social media so much that it has ruined them physically and mentally.

secondly, your argument sounds like the "Naturalistic fallacy" (google it :) )
and lastly: there is nothing good or bad about natural selection it just happens. there is no way we can or cannot actively take part in it as we are part of the nature and the environment.
i think that's our(humanity) first goal to understand who we are?, where we are? etc. so we need to leave earth problems behind and start working all together for science, mainly space exploration
Rather than asking for change, it may be easier to change ourselves, others will soon follow.

Our generation is so damn critical; not only on ourselves but on everything around us. People need to realize that nothing can be perfect and that imperfection is beauty as well. Coming from me as a 14 year old becoming a freshman, this just seems important. Not only for my age group but everyone.
I'm down for a lot of these changes, but the one that got the biggest reaction from me was the lady that said "GOOD WEATHER!" haha I feel like somehow that would be a stepping stone to world peace...am I alone ? :P

I'm 17
The only thing i can think right now is to vanish the values. People care too much about it and point to it so they never forget and make that value change, to get a higher number always willing to do everything. And this crashes the world, so without it no one would mind been different, we would accept ourselves and start working on a better future not just for us but for every single life.

To change the world is to change the human nature, to make ever single individual human from different cultures beliefs, to change all hatred and negative emotions to something brighter, and to have everyone agree to something and have future generations agree to that as well. whether it's impossible or not has yet to be seen, and if it is possible let it be for the better

i am working on developing and modernising our understanding of the human being as a whole (interdisciplinary), using neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, sociollogy, behavioral economics and philosophy.
do you think that this is a worthwile endeavor?

well, i am working on it for the last 8 years :), and there is a lot of new research of the last decade which has big implications on how we perceive human beings.
i get your point, i would even say we are allready too powerfull compared to how "stupid" we as a species (still) are. (mainly through technology)
but on the other hand everyone can only see the world through his own eyes and i respect it if people attempt to improve the world even if they are wrong.
But obviously i don't want human beings to be all powerfull stupid wizards^^.
so you wish for a just world, i get that feeling.
But your "rule" wouldn't make the world "fair"
people are born differently and if someone is born with a weaker drive to strive for something should he be punished for what he is?
i have a strong feeling inside me to strive for whatever is closest to real fairness in this world, but after many years of reflection i found that a "truly fair world" would not be worth living in but elaborating on that would be too much for this medium :).
but striving for it is still very precious in many ways even if it can actually sabotage us and creates a lot of suffering in this world as well in many ways... oh well .. i digress :).

People, we can change all of this if we all came together and discovered God, our creator. We would be able to change this into paradise, back into how it was back in the day (spoken by a TEN year old). When we were young and innocence, we had faith in God. We just need to reconnect with Him. Once we are all there, we are all together as one family that we are. God bless you all ❤

I'm only 11 years but I have a big plan for the future; I want to be president of the United States but people laugh at me bc I'm a Muslim.....
They say it's impossible but I say I'm possible.....

Most kids have big plans ;) They actually get smaller the older you get, or at least more realistic. You be president if you want!
We must try hard to achieve our goals so we could be can become the bigger and better ideas of the world. we think that we try hard but people try much harder than us people who cannot eat sleep or have protection against their self they have it much worse than us. we tend to take everything for granted and not see that the cup is half full not half empty.

There's a reason why we have high gas prices... Everyone who buys gas is basically paying the damage for pollution. Maybe if we all get our lazy asses up and start using better forms of transportation, you won't have to pay for gas every now and then. Bikes? Hydro fuel? Solar power cars? That's a change we need in this world

I would make people have more compassion and empathy. That would lead to more changes, because you can't change some thing a large majority of people don't care about.
