This is one of if not the best Destiny story lore information I’ve seen. Very informative for new and veteran players who enjoy destiny as a whole. Grab some snacks, kick back, relax... because this vid is outstanding! 👌
I do love how Calus _allows_ us to pillage his ship numerous times to either put on a show for him or deal with his mistakes. Like, it’s so mind-numbingly opulent and gargantuan that we could steal something with more monetary value than Earth and his response is basically “Oh, uhh, yeah sure, take it, it’s rubbish anyway.”
I’m a destiny 1 vet. I played destiny 2 at launch and fell off until about three weeks ago. This video helped a lot but it’s a damn shame so much was removed and now I have to rely on catching up via videos like this. Thanks bungie. With that said, amazing video, well put together. Cheers.
I'd love to be able to go back and play these campaigns but with destiny 2 already being 100gb now with all of that gone, I'd imagine the space the game would have taken up would have put off many people. Would be nice though if they made it so you had to download those parts of the game to make them accessible though instead of just wiping them from existence. Like how you can manage game content on PS5 and remove parts you no longer need.
@@aaronharris102 Well when Beyond Light came out they removed a lot of great content and left a lot of unimportant content so they could keep selling the DLCs attached to them.
I did the EXACT same thing as you. Just picked up the game again because me and some buddies got Series X’s, and it makes me so sad that I’m missing out on this entire space epic.
If this video proves one thing, it's how depressing it is, that so much content has been removed from Destiny 2 and when you create a new character, you skip so much now, all the way to Shadowkeep. I started playing D2 after years away, recently, created a new character and was absolutely confused and perplexed. I knew something was missing, but never realised it was this much.
Same, I never got to finish the Red War... I think that at least that campaign should have stayed in the game. Considering it was the starting point for D2.
I just started destiny 2 cos an expansion was free on epic games. I played des 1 but didn’t want to get into des 2 as everything was reset. Now I regret it cos I’ve missed so much.
@@ElishaJS14 the problem with that though is that the reason titan and io mars, venus and the campaign got removed was due to how big the player space was. If they kept the campaigns then they would have to keep the planets too which took up most of the limitations and space
For real, man. I cant congratulate you enough for the effort and passion u put on your work, this is a full destiny documentary of high quality! Know that for as long as you keep it as good as it is, you will always have a very strong and suportive Comunitty!
Me and my dad have been playing since D1 and this gave us so many flashbacks and reminded us of the raids and all the random shit we would do on raids and all of that!Very nice video man!We were lost in the lore so this set us back on track, thank you!
Lost in lore... says it all for me. I also really did not like the mechanics change concerning elements in gear and weapons. It justgot kind of confusing to me
25:56 When I heard Eris, I got actual chills. Eris is a creepy weird lady who isn't spooked by much, but hearing her... shake... while she tells you "He is here..!" It screamed to me "YOU NEED TO GET OUT NOW PLEASE RUN!!"
14:00 Funny, because Banshee is Clovis Bray (Clovis put his consciousness in this exo unit, that and in the big Exo head in the Bray facility). He was reset so many times because Banshee/Clovis was a one man army with his Lament sword fighting off the Vex when they broke out on Europa. He died multiple times doing so, having to reset himself each time before going back out into the fray, slowly corrupting what little memories he had left, hence why Banshee is so forgetful and why the big Exo head recalls Banshee.
oh that's really neat, don't know if that was mentioned in the video or I just missed, people always say how he's Clovis, but they never explain why he has no memory of anything, thanks for this piece of info
This is the best video ever -- concise, consolidated and clear. Was wandering around wanting to catch up what has happened with Destiny 2 since I quit after Season of Arrivals. No disrespect to other channels on RUclips, but I can't sit through 100s of their unorganized and mislabeled videos to catch up on the story, so far. This helped me massively to get up to date with the story! Thanks a lot, and a ton!
@@lunarvvolf9606 it’s more fun that they don’t, because it means you get to be apart of something when it happened which makes it feel more like an event. I played on day one and got to experience the red war, you don’t get to ever because you didn’t play then. Seems fair
@@jebalitabb8228 but this game isn't irl theres no history books. So for those who haven't or couldn't play day 1, not only do they miss content, but they have a much harder time getting to know/understand the story of Destiny 2 and have a much harder time getting emotionally invested in the lore. It's a bad player experience for anyone starting the game. You're just tossed in for no real rhyme or reason. Tried getting some of my friends to start playing but the new light campaign is a joke. It's just a bunch of run around missions that don't give them anything to care about and often left them wondering what the point was. Great thing about literally every heavily lore based MMO is that you can start at anytime and always catch up story/lore wise while playing through the game. I understand they're different games with much different requirements but he'll, Runescape has been Alive for two decades and hasn't had any quests/lore removed. You could start today and eventually know just as much as a 20 year vet all while playing through/enjoying the game mechanics. Meanwhile, for destiny 2 you have people spending 2 hours watching a lore video instead of playing the game. And even though the video is very well done, it doesn't hit the same way/leave the same mark as actually playing through the events. It's just a terrible idea all the way around for player acquisition and retention. It's a good think they made it f2p though. Couldn't imagine paying 60 bucks and then being given the new light campaign
@@jebalitabb8228 I got the game when it first came out beat the story in about a month, then I ended up dropping the game right before the first dlc released, it kinda sucks I missed out on stuff
It still boggles my mind how much lore this game has and it honestly can have a really good move or TV series made about it. Or ofc just have in game story.
Back in destiny 1, I always assumed the darkness and the traveler were connected somehow. The powers were always so similar and the darkness was always so easy to call upon using fragments of the traveler. Then when we discovered in destiny 1 that the traveler actually had a connection with each race we fought (except the taken), and how the fallen were almost a worse case scenario for the human race. Then in destiny 2 where these triangles being the darkness and there never being any other traveler like thing, just the 1. Then with the powers given being almost identical. That gave me the theory that the traveler is a splinter, betrayer, or even a deserter of the darkness and has been looking for an “avatar” or army that could not only fight the darkness, but also be able to handle the powers it’s able to give out. It would explain why the darkness always seems to appear after the traveler settles somewhere.
I had a friend who was part of destiny 1's dev team. He told me that the traveler was supposed to actually be the bad guy and it was supposed to be a huge plot twist that the guardians were actually the bad guys. He said that the plot was scrapped after destiny was left solo during development, but it seems to be a likely option now.
@@xandermichael836 yeah, don’t play the “my friend was part of _____” everyone at this point knows that the story for Destiny was suppose to be different. The stranger was suppose to be crow, the traveler was suppose to be secretly evil and the fallen were unknowingly trying to warn us. That’s destiny dlc1 old
Fantastic video! Throughout Destiny, I've often struggled to truly connect with Bungie's lacklustre and fractured in-game storytelling methods. Your video has helped to bolster my understanding of the general story so far. Thank you.
It was my first DLC. Fresh Destiny 2 player. I don't know why I was drawn to it. I hardly knew Cayde, and I was a titan so I didn't even have the class-bond many hunter mains have, but it hit me really hard anyway. I could tell he was a special character. And I will never really know him. :(
I have a friend who played d1 who's been wanting to get into d2 but he feels so far behind storywise, this is perfect to catch him up for The Witch Queen
Right? At some point they must give us the option to play through the whole saga if we wish to. Either when the light and dark saga is completed. Just put it all in one package. Or opt in to download certain periods of the game while having a version where the current season is active. Something. There is so much great stuff missing from the game these days. All the great D1 stuff. The red war campaign. Hell for me Cayde is just gone and I never saw what happened to him.
@@niri2506 sad part is literally all they needed to do was let us download a lot of this as separate dlc like literally any other game, straight up removing it all was just stupid
@@niri2506 Yes! I would love to transfer over another guardian I have cooking on D1 and replay the story through on a single guardian. Transferred my main from D1 when D2 released. Was very cool to continue my original Titan and would love to do that adventure again all the way through on a warlock. Cheers
My partner adores Destiny and I've wanted to get into the lore so I can discuss it with them, but the wikis are just so full of info that it's impossible to make a dent. Stumbled across this in my recommended and am blown away. Thanks so much for making this, super clear, concise and easy to follow for someone who's never played :)
Thank you very much. As a new light the game did a fantastic job of confusing me and making me acutely aware of my vast ignorance. Thanks to you and your efforts, I now know why the fallen chill in the tower even though I spent the whole tutorial destroying them and I also know that Crow has been an emo teenager for an absurd amount of time. Hopefully he will grow up soon.
This is a VERY digestible and easy to follow story... When you're telling it! Thanks for making this so easy to understand and well paced. This has made some of the most confusing lore accessible!
Played Destiny 1 back in the days and always loved so much the lore behind it and now casually finding this video is just a perfect match for knowing it all. Thanks for all the great work behind this
brand new Destiny 2 player here and a big fan of lore in games I've played. This was a great way to get drawn into the story of the game -- thank you so much for your hard work!
Hello, new light. I'm also fairly new to Destiny. Never played 1, played 2 on and off for a year or two. It just sucks we've missed so much and can never experience all the campaigns the same way others have... Knowing you've missed out on an epic story is a different kind of pain. I feel it a lot, y'know? You discover so many awesome things, like old bands that you resonate with or games you're thrown into the middle of, and you have to live on the line of, "I love this so much" and "I will never really be a true piece of this community."
As someone who just got back into it I’m an old D1 vet that lost touch with the game at launch just now getting the feel for it again I’m glade I’ve came across this video this got me back hooked into the game
Perfect recap! Its like a prologue, more people need to watch this! What a story this is turning out to be, 4+ years of build up and next week we finally face her! I. Can’t. Freaking. Wait!!! 22.02.22 ❤️
If this isn't one of the best youtube videos ever made I don't know what it is. Man I struggle to watch movies, I usually stop in 30 minutes and then continue it another day until it ends, but I watched all of this in a row, didn't leave my chair, didn't feel bored, didn't touch my phone... And that is due to the level of narrative you've achieved, it's really next level and I'm very glad I decided to give this video a chance. Thank you very much for taking the time of making this, I'm pretty sure it's been a lot longer than this beautifully crafted resume I enjoyed so much.
Man i got goose pumps on this part 18:30 until we got 19:50. I remember that like yesterday and elise giving us the strangers rifle. Even though it was a game that part made you feel like a hero and dove me more into the destiny game!
Destiny's lore is vast and inspired enough to put even most tabletop RPGs to shame; and you organized and edited it all here in such a neat way. What a great video, man. As a returning player it got me up to speed and pumped. Congratulations, excellent job.
My best friend got me into Destiny 2. I remember playing through the Red War, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind together. We both leveled up, and took on Forsaken…that was a hard one. I remember zooming through the Tangled Shore, the Dreaming City, and getting so excited for Shadowkeep…then the news about vaulting parts of the game came out. It really hurt to see all of that taken away, especially because people won’t know Cayde unless they play D1. I had played for a good 2-3 years, all the time, for hours with my best friend when we were both free! After Forsaken got vaulted, I took a break, and I didn’t play for a good year. I joined back during the season of the lost, played for a bit, and just started playing again today. Today, for the first time in several months, my best friend and I played for a few hours. I’ve finally come back :)
yeah as a newer player it really sucks to know i can't even get to know cayde except for the 10 minutes before he dies. still relished avenging him though.
This was extremely well made. I have a hard time and many questions whenever I view a lore video but this was very concise and flowed beautifully. Excellent work.
As a vet player from destiny through to destiny 2 this was amazing i knew bits but this goes deep an eplains alot which i didnt know . Also i had a couple years of destiny 2 which i now regret but being back in for the last couple months feels incredible . With this video i feel like im all up to date even though i missed some good stuff i dony feel as empty as i did . Thank you
This is.......AWESOME! Just started playing Destiny 2 and this has helped me really understand what's been going on. It's like a full blown documentary/movie. Really well done. Appreciate it 🙏
Started playing D2 last month and this is the first time I ever look at the story. Greatly appreciate the work you put in to make this. Thank you for your hard work.
this is the best lore video on both destiny's I have seen. It popped up on my home screen as I launched destiny 2 and had to stop playing to watch it. As someone who played all DLC (except for Rise of Iron, Shadow Keep, and the previous seasons.) this has been an amazing recap and catch up on what I've played and missed out on and to be honest this video is the sole reason why I subscribed as I really want to see more future videos like this.
Ive never actually teared up playing a game. When we lost our light in the beginning of d2 and that whole time wen we walked thru the devistated tower that we spent SO much time on w our fellow Guardians in Destiny, w the dance parties and all the fun we had, it was so so sad. Just seeing everything all broken and then we had no power to even move thru the place quickly, I friken teared up fosho. Then I fully lost my shit wen Cayde died. I still spend time w the Colonel even now 🐔
Being a Day 1 Destiny player who gave up with the grind after House of Wolves but has just picked up Destiny 2 out of curiosity, this video was absolutely perfect. Amazing stuff, thank you!!!
That intro with all the different cutscenes was sooo cool. It reminded me how VAST the world of destiny actually is. All the characters, the enimies. Everything. What a great vid keep up the hard work !!!!!!
I used to play Destiny 1 on PS3 when i was around 14/15 years old and man did I just get hit with some nostalgia, I really enjoyed every aspect of the game . Raids, nightfall missions and pvp events were my weekly highlights...good old times
For an update to this, conveniently 2 days after this video was posted, Xivu Arath sent her forces to attack the Dreaming City while Mara went through with the exorcism, but Saint-14 protected her and her techeuns while Guardian fought off Xivu's champions. Once the exorcism was complete, the frozen Savathun broke free and escaped, but kept her promise and left behind an unconcious, but very alive Osiris. Osiris was confirmed by the techeuns to be himself again. Mara was surprised by Savathuns escape, but remains optimistic due their control over Savathun's worm.
2:08:18 The one reason why Season of The Splicer is my favorite season in this game. The relationship not only us, but also the Vanguard and Saint-14 develops with Mithrax is absolutely amazing. It proves many things. But one of the most important things is that the Eliksni can be allies. Mithrax has always been a favorite of mine. Out of my top 3 favorite characters of Destiny, he is number one with Cayde on second and Saint on third. If memory serves right and it probably isn't since I might be wrong about this, we met Mithrax on Titan during one of the adventures we could do. We got caught up in a trapwhen we saw him on the other side of some energy field (I think), but instead of him attacking or his minions attacking us, they all left us alone till we got out of the trap. That was the moment I absolutely fell in love with Mithrax. Because I knew he had the potential to be a great ally, and I was right.
You are a genius and a true legend! With an exciting voice I called 2 of my friends and explained to them what I saw. I invited them to my house last Saturday and we sat together in my house and watched the whole video in 1 breath minus dinner and bathroom breaks. You engineered this video's flow perfectly and I cannot describe how amazing the experience you brought to us. I subscribed to you, liked the video and deeply want you to know that you're THE BEST.
As someone who never played destiny or destiny 2, all of this sounds like a very interesting universe. Shame it all comes in dlcs that are way too expensive to buy them all, and that older content is not playable anymore. That is why I still haven't played the game and likely never will.
just want to say this was amazing i know the story but showing a new player this helped so much after things got vaulted, you explained everything in so much detail even the backstories it was amazing reliving it
This was absolutely amazing. Ive been working on and off on this game for a while. I played beyond light but then life happened. Its awesome to have it all in one place!! Now I can chase the lore I want vs feeling overwhelmed 💜
As a returning player, after two or three years out of the game, that intro… what an intro to get me pumped up to dive headfirst back into this glorious game! Can’t wait! Thank you. Just starting the video nowwww!
This is done so well, thank you I’ve already shared the video around to new players who don’t know the story and didn’t have the chance to experience it like we did. ❤
Considering how long this story has been going on, this video is probably the best for new lights to get an idea of all the characters and lore that has been going on over the years. Thank you for making this my friend.
I was watching this on my Apple TV, but I popped out my phone to leave a comment and even a second like man. This is such a good count of events and your narration style is very easy on the ears. Thank you for putting so much into this video, it’s huuuuge
Thanks for uploading this! I'm a D1 PS3 veteran, which means I sadly stopped playing at TTK, I got around to the lore of Rise of Iron, but still lost track as soon as the original D2 campaign was over, now that I finally upgraded console and got back to D2 this is a complete life saver!
I just got back into Destiny and needed a story refresher and this has been a FANTASTIC recap! It had laughs, sarcasm and made me remember “oh snap” moments. Thank you so much!
Awesome Video man, really well explained and makes sense for us Destiny Noobs, me and a mate literally started D2 a week before Witch Queen came out, so missed alot, didn't know F.A about the story, so we brought witch queen dlc, after watchin this, really wish we had brought the other DLCs first, as obviously jumping straight in at witch queen NOTHING made any sense. But now it does, thanks alot for taking the time to make this! 👌✌️
It's so strange the hate this game gets on the internet. It is so damn fun, with some absolutely amazing locations, some of the best backdrops in any game, incredibly fun gameplay, fun cosmetics to get free or MTX, fun PvP and competitive PvE modes, fun dungeons and raids and strikes. And the story has gotten better and better, more involved. It's just fun though. I jumped back in after Elden Ring to check out Beyond Light and Witch Queen which I missed and man, loving it. Fantastic video too. Well told and goes through the timeline keeping it all interesting and informative
The thing is, with how the game is now, someone new would have to drop about 200+ dollars just to experience the whole of Destiny 2, and the Red War and Forsaken have been sunset. People are also frustrated at the player retention, especially at the beginning. Destiny 2 is not a game, it is a chore.
Still by far my favorite moment when playing this game solo was the final mission of the taken king. Just that introduction with his form literally enveloping the sky only to accumulate into the one being you have to face. Such a badass way to introduce the main badie of the season.
While I can’t imagine how long this took you to make and how impressively well put together this is, one constructive criticism I have about this video is that it didn’t need all the full length cutscenes. This video easily could’ve been 15-20 mins less without them. Other than that this vid was awesome
This was the video I was so crazy to find back when i started destiny, hope it reaches for people on similar circumstances... :D it really adds a lot to the experience
Ah, the beauty of destiny before destiny two came. I’ll remember those moments and sparrow racing. First Crota clear. Prison of Elders and the badass awoken ship from killing the Kell. Great times and memories for a game so adaptive and community based to being something completely different for d2 that made millions of people leave and forever be known as a game that blew up and then died. Hopefully Witch queen isnt just more recycled stuff.
Thank you for taking time to make this video. I started D2 on 2.24.22 and was confused by a lot of the story for the last few months, but it all makes sense now. Great content!
Amazing! There you can really see how large and well thought the destiny world is. I love that game. The only issue I have with it is, that it isn't possible to play alone. For me, the game got to big for being just a player who doesn't grind the game. I am playing it since 2014 but I have never completed a raid, just because I don't have the people to do it with. Pretty sad though....
I've never tried a raid but I might next year. I started using the companion app to matchmake for harder stuff which gave the game new life for me since I can start grinding for stuff that was just too tedious when solo.
Best video I think I've ever watched on video period. I didnt play D1 and have on been playing D2 for a couple years now. So coming from someone who didn't understand all of Destiny this filled every hole and makes the game so much more enjoyable. Thank you for the amazing, well plotted, laid out, appealing, informative video! All in almost 2 hours. Not enough congratulations. :) Bungie needs to commission this man.
It makes me sad that so much of the story and lore is lost because of "vaulting" especially when Destiny has such a huge and rich storyline. And I feel sorry for the new players that have no idea about any of the lore on the enemies theyre fighting unless they rely on youtube videos. I only started playing a couple years ago and I'm so mad and sad that I didnt get to play all of these storylines. And because I wasnt able to play for almost a year I also never got to finish Forsaken.
I havnt played since the end of forsaken. I hadn't missed a day before that from the release of destiny 1. Looking at it now I feel like I've missed as much as I played and thats alot. Without anyway to play the content I've missed I don't know if I wana jump back in now they pull stuff from the game. Not because they do that but just because I don't wana invest that much time again in something I'm missing a huge chunk of the story for. I'm only 5 mins into the video. Thanks for making it my dude!
This is a spectacular video. It puts everything in destiny in perspective now. Since I started with destiny 2 there was a lot of story I missed. Thank you for this.
I really hope that we do eventually get to meet and fight against Calus. I never forgot the first time beating him in Leviathan only to discover it’s a robot. They keep going back to him through the seasons. This storyline is one they must wrap up.
Evade , i know and have played all the way through D1 van til now , BUT this is probably the best recap to now i have ever seen . I started watching and cant stop lol . You did a great job recapping our history as guardians and i hope you do an even more in depth deciphering with lore one day . My fav Destiny historian . Keep doing the travellers work guardian ! And thank you !
This was great; thanks so much! (For other viewers, it views/sounds fine at 1.5x if you don't want to spend the full 2h21m watching.) As a newcomer to Destiny with the Witch Queen expansion, I felt overwhelmed and clueless as to what the hell was going on. The game doesn't really do anything to help orient you. This really helps!
What an epic video. Thanks for putting all of this together! I found this a much easier story & timeline recap than other videos I've seen. Also, those "ATTENTION: Contacting Destiny 2 servers" messages starting at 1:31:16. LMAO
Thanks for the video. As someone who’s coming back after years away, it’s nice to have a concise recap of the lore and everything that’s happened since I left.
Played destiny all the way through when it first came out and just started destiny 2 after a few years, this video is awesome as a refresher and also getting caught up, great video overall
I tip my cap to you on this awesome and informative video. I started playing Destiny 2 (my very first time experiencing into this series) for real only this past July, and stumbled upon it when doing my research as a very raw and new player. This video explains SO MUCH and it's like watching a really dope ass National Geographic documentary. The lore is really fascinating and I'm hooked!
Thanks for this. My friend is really trying to get me into destiny, since I'm a big Halo fan, but when I booted up the game I just DIDNT know what was going on lmao. This has been a real help.
Without this video, I don't think I would have ever played Destiny 2 at all. I just got into it recently, and being thrown into Shadow Keep with people acting like they knew me, being overwhelmed with so much detail, terms terms terms I don't understand and immersion so baked in that I feel like I'm looking into a game made by aliens. This video made the story understandable. I'm sure players that have kept up get what's going on, but the game as of now makes it impossible to understand without resources like this. THANK YOU
as someone getting into Destiny 2 years after it's launch and not touching Destiny 1 due to being on PC, it's sad I've missed moments my friends go on boasting about me missing, this doesn't do it justice for the time missed, but glad I can be updated on the story, and what I have missed. This video has been great and I didn't think I'd be able to sit and sink into it like I did due to the length of the video. So good shit my man, and thank you, for doing the work to get this out to players like myself!
Thanku for this video, I've been playing this game since the beginning of the season of the lost mindlessly, not really knowing what's going on in this universe, this video really helped me to grasp the essence of this game and it was really fun to connect all the dots that i had or knew bout. Again a really amazing video and thank you for yo efforts

Well this is very nice to read
Lost in lore... says it all for me.
I also really did not like the mechanics change concerning elements in gear and weapons.
It justgot kind of confusing to me
25:56 When I heard Eris, I got actual chills. Eris is a creepy weird lady who isn't spooked by much, but hearing her... shake... while she tells you "He is here..!" It screamed to me "YOU NEED TO GET OUT NOW PLEASE RUN!!"
You don't question her since she knows what happens when you stay too long. :(
Eris you feel the Terror In her voice almost if she met oryx that’s some fear
Same!

@@xandermichael836 I remember that being a rumor years and years ago
@@xandermichael836 yeah, don’t play the “my friend was part of _____” everyone at this point knows that the story for Destiny was suppose to be different. I like your theory, we'll see how it plays out! I Didn't realize how much story was also tied to seasons in destiny 2 until i watched this video
Fantastic video! Throughout Destiny, I've often struggled to truly connect with Bungie's lacklustre and fractured in-game storytelling methods. Your video has helped to bolster my understanding of the general story so far. Thank you.
Agreed, luckily they've changed that over the past year, if these latest seasons are anything to go by.

I haven’t even started this yet and I know it’s going to be S+ tier. Thanks for the great content you give us Evade.
It would be really cool if there was a game where you could experience all this rich lore.

Just played for the first time today and I'm so confused, this should help at least somewhat. I'm already loving the game tho
brand new Destiny 2 player here and a big fan of lore in games I've played.
Ghaul: You have failed
The Traveler: And I took that personally

Man now I wanna play a destiny ttrpg

"Eyes up guardian!" That beginning line gets me every time.
this is the best lore video on both destiny's I have seen.

I love a lot of Destiny lore creators but so few put in game dialogue, or even cutscenes in these recap videos. Awesome.

Nice video man great job considering the stiff competition for these kinds of videos
While I can’t imagine how long this took you to make and how impressively well put together this is, one constructive criticism I have about this video is that it didn’t need all the full length cutscenes. This video easily could’ve been 15-20 mins less without them. Other than that this vid was awesome
I didn't notice it before, but pretty sure Cayde gives a nod to Back to the Future at 50:53
Great video man!
This was the video I was so crazy to find back when i started destiny, hope it reaches for people on similar circumstances... :D it really adds a lot to the experience
I miss destiny 1 so much man, the nostalgia this video gave me is unmatched
Ah, the beauty of destiny before destiny two came. I’ll remember those moments and sparrow racing. First Crota clear. Prison of Elders and the badass awoken ship from killing the Kell. Great times and memories for a game so adaptive and community based to being something completely different for d2 that made millions of people leave and forever be known as a game that blew up and then died. Hopefully Witch queen isnt just more recycled stuff.
Prison of elders oh my god you’ve unlocked a memory, miss destiny 1 so much
Thank you for taking time to make this video.
And because I wasnt able to play for almost a year I also never got to finish Forsaken.
agreed!
The music at 16:30, really took me back and hit me right in the nostalgia feels 😢😂
