Cylinder Liner Puller in action.

we just got this new piston liner puller after our old one broke this is the first time using it. we used it to pull the liners on this Perkins engine so we can do a inframe rebuild.

Man I would find the strongest one that fits whatever liners your pulling. We had a smaller one on this same engine and it blew the pump piece out of the jack and destroyed it. This new one is a little more stout we used it to pull the liners out of 2 engines and no complaints yet but we will see after a few more rebuilds.

Knowing what you know now, is a 10 ton model enough or should I get a 15 ton instead? I can't find anyone that has the 15 ton Vevor brand in stock but 10 ton alternatives are everywhere

Cj and I have 2 inframe rebuilds to do over the next couple weeks. It is prety cool. I like making things like new again. Its the best part of my job.
