Thanks Ben, for your tutorial of your Christmas chutney, looks really tasty, I love chutneys, reminds me of my grandmother's chutney that she used to make many years gone bye. I have a fig tree grown from a cutting, it grew about 15 ripened figs, so I made a fig chutney, about 4 small jars. Chutney seems to go well with Stilton cheese, as you can imagine..a ploughman's lunch comes to mind, many thanks again.
