Fold Over Clutch using Reclaimed Fabrics, A Sewing Tutorial

  • I’m in love with the foldover clutch phase and really wanted to give one a go. In this tutorial, I show my process. The velvet and tapestry pieces were purchased at this etsy shop: www.justbepurses.etsy.com

    Cutting the pieces:
    2 Quilt Batting pieces cut 12” x 15”
    1 Back Fabric ( I used reclaimed denim) cut 12” x 15”
    2 Lining pieces ( I used a cotton print) cut 12” x 15”
    Strap pieces 3” by approximately 60” ( I pieced mine)
    D-ring loops- 1 piece measuring 3” x 5”
