Yesterday I saw this full video, which is a full movie length 2 hour 30 minutes long and it was so much fun to watch and I was intrigued by it. This was such an eye opener, I mean not in the sense I didn't have a clue about it, but more like there were so many things which was an eye opener. He expanded in certain subjects and certain level of Strategy and Tactics, that he adopted to curve the insurgency when it started in 1989 and was at its peak by 1990/91.
His statement that buses were loaded from South Kashmir and being driven towards border areas and groups of up-to 200-300 men were being taken accross both ways through the border.
I was also glad/surprised to know that: Nagaland insurgency was different than Kashmir insurgency, in that people of Nagaland were more Brave and Honourable, since Naga groups didn't target Women and Children, and would sometimes even spare and leave civilians.
Last, but not least, TSD was created in response to 26/11 Bombay Attack, and it was mandated by Manmohan Singh, since Indian forces didn't have that level of Psy/Dark-ops capability and as a response they were created and he happened to lead them. It was sad that he was given such hard times by the some Army Chiefs and was caught in the quagmire of politics, that although very very rare, happens in the Army hierarchy.
Guys please watch the whole interview/podcast, this was an eye opener. You won't regret it. 2 hour 30 mins went like that, didn't even realise it.
This interview was a proof enough that how some UPA 2 leaders undermined such bravehearts for whom their country is their life. As citizens of India we should file PIL’s in the Supreme Court for them to initiate action against those politicians who always worked against our country.
