yes everything KJS sir said is true. I am from jammu and seriously here is no development. only mufti and abdullah had benifitted from 370, they rulled j&k as if its there private property. These people had always preferred kashmir over jammu and ladakkh was treated as if it doesnt exsist.
we always wanted removal of article 370&35, here is no private sector, no good malls, no good private hospitals, no good colleges and not even ola uber cabs. majority of people here go to chandigarh or jalandhar for good medical treatment

Because there was no road Connectivity from Independent India in 1947.

There was nothing for youth of j&k back before 5 august 2019 but now in 3 years we got IIT, IIM, AIIMS and many more infrastructural developments. Maharaja Hari Singh wanted to join India from beginning but sheikh abdulla wanted otherwise and started to rebel against maharaja thats why stand still agreement was made. But eventually Maharaja merged into 🇮🇳 despite rebellion from muslims in kashmir. It is only by maharaja’s will j&k became a part of India.

As far as RTI act is concerned JK RTI act 2009 was still available in jk on the pattern of union RTI act 2005 and much heavier than the Union similarly other cats available in parrellel
There is agrarian reforms act 1976 in jk which is lacking other states
