She looks STUNNING here. I hope whatever she did for the Dark Phoenix premiere was temporary. BTW: WTF has Ryan Murphy not utilized her in his projects? She would KILL IT in AHS or maybe Ratched. Such an untaped resource.
I’ve often wondered why Murphy hasn’t tapped her for ‘AHS’-she was fantastic in ‘Nip/Tuck’ and would be an excellent fit in the ‘AHS’ universe.

I had a massive crush on Famke when Goldeneye came out. She's still stunningly gorgeous even now. Wow
They brought her back for Days of Futures Past because her character appeared when she was older. Also until they changed the timeline Jean Grey was dead in the future. They did bring Halle Berry back though and Rebecca Romijn had a cameo in First Class. They didn’t bring Famke Janssen or any of the older actors back for X-Men: Apocalypse because their characters only appeared when they were younger.

It's so sad that today she is unrecognizable, she is absolutely right about what she said about not being asked back to do x men and how all the men are in them no matter how old they get but all the women are replaced, and then she gets a face lift. It just shows how much we want to be accepted as us but the nasty words get into our minds and there goes our self esteem.. I feel so bad for her..
All men? You do know Jennifer Lawrence is in the xmen and so is Sophie Turner. She wasn't asked back for xmen because the franchise was rebooted. Also she is chatting shit because 4 female directors have nene nominated for best director and one actually won in Kathyryn Bigelow who won an Oscar for best director in 2010. Also chloe zhao just won an Oscar so I think famke should just do her research there is no sexism in Hollywood anymore. And that's a fact
@@grantmcroberts4089 You realise this interview is from 2017? Zhao wasn't a director at that time. Do YOUR research and look at the date stamp, her facts were pretty accurate for five years ago. Also, if she's talking about her experiences of sexism in Hollywood, then it's absolutely still a thing no matter how much a meathead like you tries to mansplain to her through internet comments she'll never read.

@@grantmcroberts4089 She WAS referring to Kathryn Bigelow with that academy award for best director and this was filmed in 2017, so at the time she was correct.
Only 7 women have ever been nominated for Best Director at the Oscars. The Oscars have been around for almost a century at this point.

I can’t believe she got pissy and cried “sexism” when Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen reprised their roles for the future scenes and she didn’t. Did she forget her character was permanently killed? Yes, the Pheonix Force was able to come back at the beginning of last stand, but that was special and the ENTIRE plot of the movie. Does Famke want her character to be immortal?! Someone better let Anna Paquin know she’s actually a man because there’s no way Hollywood would have brought her back if she was a woman. And now that Sophie Turner plays her character for the prequels she cries “ageism”. I guess she thinks people age backwards? She should have been grateful that they Butterfly effected her character back to life for a cameo at the end even though it made no damn sense and they didn’t have to include her at all. How dare she come from her place of privilege and still try to organize a pity party for herself. I hope she doesn’t earn enough to maintain her nasty ass Botox or whatever tf she got going on with her face nowadays.

Most women get the job for their looks, not acting ability. Janssen herself is a stunning beauty...and a mediocre actress. Lots of male actors hired for their physique whose careers fade with their looks, too.

Sexism happening in Hollywood is this woman been living under a rock. Woman are getting way bigger roles now than they did back then. Just look at taskmaster in black widow a male character being played by a woman. Talks about a female bond talks about female pirates of the Caribbean I can go on.
