hello, I already have a bachelor's degree ( it was in Business Administration) but I'm interested in becoming a BCaBA, how long would it take for me to become a BCaBA? For example doing the BCaBA coursework, supervised hours and to study/pass an exam? Thanks.

As an autistic person, isn't it now considered that ABA is abusive and not accepting of the autistic?

ABA is a growing therapy that has addressed these concerns. Most ABA companies emphasize on the use of play to encourage socially acceptable behavior. Promoting a reward structure and only using procedures such as time out as the last resort.
If you had a bad experience growing up with ABA I give my condolences. It is a much more different field then what it was 20 years ago.
