24' USPSA Area 5 Championship - Alexander "Tex" Cate - Limited Optics A

2024 USPSA Majors: Area 5 Championship LVLIII Regional Match held at Cardinal Shooting Center in Marengo, OH!
Started on the back half on day 1 where I had a considerable consistent day across stages 8-14 for the most part but unfortunately riding about 2-3 seconds behind pace on average.
Day 2: Stages 1-7 I really struggled right off the rip with a leaving mike on a far open target, followed by me putting 3 into a wall on stage 2, and 4 into the hard cover on the strong and weak hand stage.. all of my mikes for the match occured on one day, but its a marathon, not a sprint. and my final stage of the day ended up at 4th in division. sometimes we just have to remember to screw our heads back on and focus on the goal..

Nice job. I predict that next year you'll make up that 2 to 3 second and cut another 1 to 2 second.

Yes sir!! Last year it was 4-6 seconds! This year I’m at 2-3. Next year hoping to be on pace with the top guys and or trailing 1-2 behind!
