Anger is an illusion of power. I just had a colleague ask me to do something really foolish. They sent me an email, a similar email that they have sent me several times. I cannot use what they sent to me. They know that I am not in charge of things. They are anxious and use me as a prod to get work done. Thoughts on #5: In the last year, I have dropped over 80 pounds just by not consuming that which is pleasant, but by going to a simple protein type diet. That one cookie might as well represent a case of cookies. For if you have one, you will eat more. Plain boiled eggs, lean meats, lentil soups and an occasional pickle. I could have lost even more weight, but those distractions drew me back to the foods (if you can call them that) which poison our bodies. Following this, I do believe my anger (#4) has been a bane. I have looked to meditation and I am thinking I should just look upon the world bemusedly.
