The 77-year-old farm owner woke up every day before sunrise and fed the animals, chopped wood, and did all the other things related to farm life. In silence whether it is monastery, cottage in nature or other peaceful place , without computer, phone, wifi, tv - in silence freedom comes, wisdom comes and inner peace will appear........there is so much noise , distractions in modern world that we can easily loose our right path. Even in india we have a monastery like temple where women aren't allowed. There's a religious reason for it but the actual realistic reason is that one of the requirements is to be pure (no masturbation and no sex). I burned out a few years ago, I was driving to my work destination and I had my father with me and I said to him I can’t do this I need to turn around and go home he never questioned me and said it’s ok let’s do it. I stayed indoors for a whole month and my recovery was drawing, watching shows like bob Ross and just chilling out. I came to realise it’s not worth spreading yourself to thinly to please other people & only do what feels right for you. I guess I was naive and thought I was unbreakable. I can relate to this video and if it helps even one person well I guess that’s a win win 😊
My personal recommendation is to do something along the lines of what the man suggests. Don't wait for your life to almost end to reacquaint yourself with God. You can say The Universe if you like. In silence whether it is monastery, cottage in nature or other peaceful place , without computer, phone, wifi, tv - in silence freedom comes, wisdom comes and inner peace will appear........there is so much noise , distractions in modern world that we can easily loose our right path. Silence and nature clear all mess and bring us back on track, stronger and more clever than before.

Even in india we have a monastery like temple where women aren't allowed. There's a religious reason for it but the actual realistic reason is that one of the requirements is to be pure (no masturbation and no sex). They believe welcoming women there might kill some men's focus or even give bad temptations to some weak minded creeps.
We dont bring women there becouse Atos is dedicated to Holy Mother of Christ. The only women there is Holy Mary Mother of Christ and she is protector of all monesterys and every monostery is in her glory builted

I burned out a few years ago, I was driving to my work destination and I had my father with me and I said to him I can’t do this I need to turn around and go home he never questioned me and said it’s ok let’s do it. I stayed indoors for a whole month and my recovery was drawing, watching shows like bob Ross and just chilling out.
I came to realise it’s not worth spreading yourself to thinly to please other people & only do what feels right for you.
I guess I was naive and thought I was unbreakable.
