Dude, there are only 5 giga coasters in the world. Also, skyrush is actually a very intense ride; track layout is much more important to whether a ride is intense or not than the height.
@@xxthexcaliburxx I went on both Intimidator 305 & Skyrush, and in my opinion, I305 is more intense due to the high speeds and banked turns. Skyrush is very good as there are a few airtime hills
Honestly, I don’t get bothered by the restraints at all but I actually love them. They give you so much freedom and while the restraints may staple you, in my opinion it brings out the ride’s power. The first drop is amazing and the airtime is unmatched!
What would be cool if the WHOLE ground was covered with mist so it feels as if you're soaring above the clouds! That would be awesome Hersheypark because make it happen!
It's good, but it's showing some age. A bit rough when I rode it. Last time I rode it was Summer 2018, smooth as silk then. Definitely outshone by CandyMonium for sure.
I’m going tomorrow and I am SO SCARED of Skyrush!!!! I absolutely love roller coasters but I’ve heard some bad things about it. Should I ride it?! Or no.
I wanted to go on this last Spring, but it was very rainy that day so it closed for most of the day and by the time it re-opened, we were at the other end of the park and my family didnt want to walk all the way over just for me to ride. And of course with my luck when we finally headed that direction to leave, it was closed again...
Ok so I’m going tomorrow for the 2020 season, but I am TERRIFIED of Skyrush! I have ridden bigger and faster before but I’ve heard bad things about this ride! I LOOOOOVVVEEEE roller coasters but should I ride this one? I’m kind of afraid it will hurt or be TOOO intense. (But I’m riding Candymonium in a HEARTBEAT) Please help people let me know
I was not prepared when I road this lol , the lift hill scared the shit out of me it’s super fast. This ride was so intense and thrilling. A lot of speed and major G’s
I can not believe I got on this last year, I was really scared. But I would do it again. Its just all the other coasters that I got out of doing last time that my friend might force me on this time.
Hershey Park thank you for making this channel really helped me a lot because I'm coming this summer and when I have fun with my Girl Scout troop, thank you very much this one really really really really really really really really really helped me out a lot lot lot lot lot lot lot lot lot lot lot i know theres fun things at Hershey Park I know I know there's games food and show it would be really really fun thank you for thank you thank you thank you I see you on June 23rd thank you very much
+Kyle Howard u are totally right it's the largest amusement park a nd it is awesome I went last year and now I'm going this year it is the boom loves the roller coaster can't wait
My dad went on this. He loved it, stormrunner still being his favorite, but he told the rest of our family not to go on because of how much force there was at the bottom of the hill.
If the tallest ride I’ve ever been on was Expedition Everest, then I don’t think I’ll be on this any time soon. Still, Everest is in the minetrain category..
@@ls2443 well it is arguably one of the best mine trains out there. I rode when I was seven. But in my opinion the best coaster at disney world is rockin roller coaster
I was only on this once. I remember one part of the ride where there’s a lot of negative gs. Does anyone know what part that is? I believe it’s the second hill. Not sure.
Today, (September, 21st, 2019), I went to Hershey Park for the first time. The one I chose between this and The Great Bear... I chose the Great Bear because some people got stuck on the top of this ride the day I went. So I figured out The Great Bear is more paralyzing than this... Especially at night without any lights next to it, you can't see A THING! Legit! I almost lost my glasses, puked, fainted, and I was accepting fate. ((That's my experience for the first time going.)) I plan on going again and riding this one next time. 😂👊
I personally don't like this ride at all, i just didn't feel secure the way your strapped in at just your waist and lower like nothing covering your whole top half. If that makes sense lol
I agree gabby. I was on this for the first time this weekend and kind of questioned the lap bar. However, it's important to note that thousands before us have ridden with no issues. Once I focused on enjoying the ride, instead of fearing the restraint, I had a much better time. Took a few times though. I would love to go on this again .
@@Mrbonkers8 Its not that i feel it has issues I personally just don't feel secure myself in it. I feel like on roller coasters I need to feel like I'm fully strapped in to enjoy the ride. Everyone else loves the ride its probably a favorite for some people there. I'm just not a fan of it and none of my siblings are to but thats just us. I prefer The Great Bear and Fahrenheit over this one. Those are personally the best rides for me there.
I went on Comet once, and I saw this next door. I was like, "Man, I'm so glad I didn't go on that." Edit: I lost it after I found out it didn't have a loop!
When I went on this ride, the ride operator said "You guys look really scared! Its only a 212 foot drop!"
Yeah not too tall it's a hyper coaster most really intense coasters are gigas
Dude, there are only 5 giga coasters in the world. Also, skyrush is actually a very intense ride; track layout is much more important to whether a ride is intense or not than the height.
Skyrush is the most intense coaster I've ridden, haven'T ridden I305 but I think the two may be on a similar level

isn't there a sign by the ride that says "Things will fall out of your pocket on the ride"?
My mom lost her glasses... never got them back 🤣
That was very sweet of the man. 🙂
Dinomite Kitty R.I.P Glasses
This thing crushes your balls but it's awesome and intense
Thanks
Not to me because i slide forward so i dont get any thigh crush
Not anymore!
This single ride gives you the most intense airtime. I'm serious.
It does, but you can't feel it because your legs are in pain
It has the nickname thigh crusher for a reason. I couldn’t stay seated. My throat hurt really bad 😑
Nah it's millennium force bro
