One of my relative is living with his family at Yeşilyaka. He mentions that his kids have a very habitable,safe playgrounds and well designed common areas. Also they like the air quality because the villas look at the lake and air circulation is very good.

This is not Turkish Architecture but International Architecture only possible if you are Rich , it has elements of different origins , it's an international Taste .
I respect the guy trying to sell the project. I am Turkish and a foreigner. I am a value investor. I bought a villa in turkey in different city the aidat started at 250 lira quickly it went up to 700 in a span of 6 years. It is same for this project too once all done and finished they will hike this aidat easily to 3000 lira. In a country where minimum wage is almost same as this. If any investor think it is good investment based on this aidat alone. Think how much it was over priced on the actual house we are not talking about 10-20 percent. The actual margin these people are selling is 60 percent plus indexes to usd. Yeah even for Arabic investor who want a passport still buying this is still expensive. If you going to sink this much money. Convert the money and risk depreciation which will happen same in the house too. But you can get 16 percent interest from bank.
thank you for the long comment , putting money in the bank for interest is the biggest mistake , because you think interest is high but increase of USD - TL rates melts your money faster. Investing on real estate protects your money against USD , in addition you collect your nice rent. Commercial investments like shops are better for rent return calculations
@@SerifTheBroker you are right about usd tl rates. That’s why I said investing in turkey itself is a risk. The only time I will invest in turkey if the interest rate is like 6-9 percent then I get a good deal on a property. This is the only time you can make money in usd terms. Your point that tl drop will wipe out so buy real estate is not correct as rent and renters make money in tl when currency collapse so do people in turkey holding Turkish lira so even they love your beautiful home they can’t afford it so you still loose money

yes , you will have your title deed , land and the house is yours forever. Furnitures not included , but easy to arrange it through furniture companies. And there are monthly expenses for security , gardening , etc such as 1000 TL / month for such villa or less for different properties

Its BS ..4 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms..if you Guest how do u manage .... Sorry to say but its shitty.. i live in Istanbul and i do have bathrooms in each bedroom... There is a huge problem with bathrooms in turkish apts ..
