Hello I have got this camera and recorded a video on settings 1080p and 25fps however when i transferred onto my laptop dimensions only said 720p and when i edited and upload to youtube it would only be on 720p, any idea why please help??
Hi there! Please take a look to the following guide from Canon: support-th.canon-asia.com/contents/TH/EN/8202556400.html also make sure to use the EOS Utility to transfer your videos.
Thanks for the helpful info. I will be buying my first DLSR this coming holiday season, so I've been doing my homework. This answered a lot of questions and led to other questions, which led to other answers.
Thanks for the recommendation, that's exactly the route I'm thinking of going. I'm gonna try and wait for Black Friday/X-mas time and see what deals are out there. Maybe I can get a good deal on a 18-55 & 18-135 bundle.
Hello, I had a question, how do you zoom on the t6i? It seems to only do 1x, 5x, and 10x zoom. Is there something I'm missing or is there another way to zoom to whatever magnification I need?
Thanks, i learned a bit more! But i've a question. You said that you can record 30 minutes, but what's if i transfer the video clips to my computer and then delete them on the camera, will i then record 30 minutes again?
Hi! Yes the maximum per continuous shooting is 30 minutes, if you stop and then record again on a different file it goes to 30 minutes again, depending on the size of the card.
Thankyou for your instructive video. I do have 2 questions: if I shoot video at 60 frames/sec. and then replay, will I be able to view the shot now in slow motion? Also, how can I shoot in 16x9 in the still-frame photography mode instead of shooting in 4x6? Thanks
Most of the time when you shoot 60p footage you will have to conform the video in post to playback either at 30p or 24p. This just depends on the camera you have.
thank you! Your video helped me a lot. I have a 750D canon camera and I bought a videomic (RODE). I have done the setting of the sound recording of the camera with the mic as you did. When I finish and play the video I listen the sound and is not good. The quality of the sound is poor and and I can hear a background noise. Can you help me? Thank you
Hi there! Please take a look to the following video: ruclips.net/video/nDYPwfm4jfY/видео.html You can also adjust your recording configurations manually by setting the camera to manual and moving the switch to the video camera icon , you can scroll to the second video camera folder and move to "Sound Recording" and then set all your settings.
Hello I just got the t6i for Christmas and I'm still learning all the settings and everything. When I upload the pics from my camera to laptop, the photos have a black strip on the top and bottom of the photo, help ? Thanks
I'm sure you've found out by now that there is no Built-in intervalometer for time lapse. There is however an effect that you can create called Miniature Movie Effect in video. It simply applies a miniature effect to a video and then lets you decide how much you would like the video speeded up (5x, 10x or 20x). Not really a timelapse, so Digital Goja's response is a bit misleading. :)
Excellent video!!! i d like to know if i can use the T6i camera with the SSH function of the flashes. that question because i want to shot photos on high speed
Excellent demo / I have watched this video several times. / My next step is to purchase a DSLR / This camera is at the top of my list / Video and still photography are my objectives / Note - I still use my home darkroom. I have a love hate for digital photography. Gary from Michigan 🚂
I just shot some video on my new T6i and it play great on the camera, but when i try to watch it on my laptop or TV, I get black screen and no sound.I do see the play and pause icon along with the timer on the bottom. I've used the memory card in my laptop, I've put it on flash drive and also used the supplied cable with no luck. I am using it in auto. Could it be in the settings ? Any ideas ?
Hi! Unfortunately even with software programs it can’t be detected, I've tried both the free , online upload of pics, and fee based. This seems to be a popular page, maybe you could give it a try: www.camerashuttercount.com/
OK, biggest question I've seen is where can I get the shutter count from for the Canon 750D? None of the suggested software seems to work, please HELP!!
I bought a Yongnuo YN565EXII as well as a Aperlite YH-500C flash unit. I have a Canon 1200D and a Canon 750D (TS6I). Both tell me that the flash units are not compatible, so which one(s) should I get for remote firing.
Digital Goja Thank you very much for the information. I have also found another solution (I hope). Yuognuo YN-622C II is a remote trigger transceiver that attaches to my flashes and cameras to allow them to work with the same functionality, without the need to purchase a third flash.
Hi! Thx and congrats for this video! I've a question. Bought the T6i and when I set Full HD 30fps the liveview blurry with movements. Is it normal? When i put 720p 60fps is normal! The liveview image becomes fluid
Thx for the answer! The problem is that the video comes out as I see =~~ I'm contacting support. I'll give you an example, it looks like a computer with a lower video card trying to play a game on full HD.
Hi there! Unfortunately standard flashes won't stay on while recording video, for this you will need an external LED light like the LUMIMUSE 6 LED Light from Manfrotto, which can be found on: amazon.com/dp/B00XC4UQ46/
@@DigitalGojaUSA In fact, the noise is horrible at this range but it can be helpful : I like to do astrophotography using my 750D and with 25600iso I can make short exposure (1") in order to find my subject or frame it correctly then I go back to 800-1600iso to shoot at long exposure (60-120"). Nice video btw! :)
Hi there! You can switch your SD card between cameras, however, keep in mind that you need the adapter to use an Extreme Pro microSDXC. If you are using a Extreme Pro SDXC card, just insert it straight to the camera.
I love taking pictures but sad to say I am not familiar with DSLR cameras and I am planning to buy one. Would you suggest that I should buy Canon T6I camera? Please give me advice. Thank You so much!
actually I really love this camera and this is the camera I really like to buy Canon EOS Rebel T6i DSLR Camera Bundle with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM Lens Please say that it would be fine for me to buy this. 😪😪😪😪😪
I am sorry but I forgot to ask if CanonT6I are touch screen and screen can be angled or rotate. what about CanonT7I, would you suggest if its better to buy T7I rather than T6I!? Thank You for your precious time Mr. Izzy. ❤️ Love your topic and more power sir!!! 😘 😘 😘 Again, more power 👍🏼👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼 Before I forgot, what is the difference between the two and why they call it "Rebel" or this is only a brand name or the product? (T6I & T7I) and what will happen if I use a lower class on the SD Card?
I have a Canon 750D, I'm having a problem using a flash. I use a third party flash and it works as long as I'm not in live view. If I'm in live view I just can't fire the flash. Is there any solution for this problem?
Hey,I just bought the Canon eos 750d.I just got a 18-55mm kit lens with the camera.I'd like to buy one more lens for my camera, what lens would You recommend? The 50-250mm or the 50mm 1.8?
Hi Emmanual! If you need distance than get the 55-250mm,, but if you want awesome bokeh and can physically move back & forth get the nifty fifty. Let me share the link for the 50mm F1.8 which we currently have in stock: www.amazon.com/dp/B00YYFIQ9E
Hi there! We don't like to tell our customers which camera to buy as this is a very personal decision that will depend on the type of photography that you would like to do as you will have to look for specific features in your camera of choice that will help you achieve specific desired effects. We always say that the best camera is the one you carry with you.
Hi Hassan! You will need a lens mount adapter (Canon and Nikon camera/lenses use a different mount). You must keep in mind that some functions might not be completely available as Autofocus, Vibration Reduction and Automatic Aperture.
Hi there! It does depend on the kind of photography or videography you want to do. The video kit does seem like an ok deal considering you are saving $49 but feel free to take a look at other kit deals such as this one, which includes an external camera flash: digitalgoja.com/canon-eos-rebel-t6i-dslr-camera-ef-s-18-55mm-f-3-5-5-6-is-stm-lens-flash-backpack-free-accessories.html
Both are good cameras, the Canon 750D can take higher resolution pictures and it's a newer camera. In the other hand the Canon 70D has a longer battery duration and has an improved viewfinder. The final decision will depend on you and your available budget for your camera. ;)
+Never Stop Dreaming Hi there! A great alternative for the Canon T6i is the Altura Photo E-TTL flash: digitalgoja.com/altura-photo-flash-w-pouch-stand-and-diffusser-for-canon.html
+Never Stop Dreaming The Canon Speedlite 430EX III-RT Flash is another great option to consider: digitalgoja.com/canon-speedlite-430ex-iii-rt-flash.html
Hi Elso! Both are good cameras. However, if the main purpose of the camera will be video recording, I would consider the Canon T6i, since it provides a silent autofocus while recording video.
+Digital Goja hi, also want to know if the silent autofocus is the only better thing about the t6i?? Also if I get there t6i do you recommend a different lens or is the kit lens ok? I have way too many questions .
That would be the main difference between the cameras mentioned. Your lens choice would depend on your subject(s). For example, I use a 40MM EF STM lens for my videos. ;)
Hi Vanessa! You need to download the "Canon Camera Connect" on your iPad and follow the instructions on the app to connect the camera with your iPad, once they are connected you will be able to transfer photos and videos to your iPad. ;)
The kit lens has a variable aperture so you will only be able to use it at its widest "mm", you could try investing in a 50mm F1.8 lens which is ideal for the type of photographs you want to take (blurred blackground).
+sunith smart Yes you can with the 18-55. Try the Marco mode which looks like a flower on the mode dial. I got a really good Depth of field background for my first photo in this mode. Also using the manual focus can help.
Very much so thank you!, Any more videos pertaining to my system especially HOW'To setups for youtube video capture and wireless microphone setups would be highly appreciated
hi I want to buy a new cam.I don't have high budget. actually i am confused right now my friend is suggesting me to buy an Old 5D mark ii which is costing me around $828.065 and and i want to buy a new DSLR i search for a camera and i got 750D in my budget $751.921. and i don' want waste my money please suggest me. i want it for photography as well as video. please revert me as soon as possible.
+Narendra Prajapati keep in mind that the Canon 5D Mark II was discontinued almost 4 years ago. It's always recommended to get a brand new camera. Feel free to take a look to the Canon EOS Rebel T6i: amazon.com/dp/B016P8YCI6
+Tommy T We recommend that you always get brand new camera since you are covered by the manufacturer warranty and you know the actual conditions of the camera.
HI Martin, I recommend you read more about both cameras to see which features you want in your camera. This decision is way too personal for me to tell you which one to buy.
+r0r0 iv4 Hi there! We are a Florida, USA based store, therefore, all the videos uploaded will be in English. We will try to close caption the videos to other languages. :)
Disagree with using a micro sd with adaptor in a DSLR like that. Never ever use micro sd card in your camera, just buy another SDcard as your second card for the camera... my SD card slot broke bcos of that, that adapter can make a short and the pin in the slots broke bcos of that micro sd adapter. Just spend afew bucks but safe rather than risking your DSLR.
Definitely, your lens investment is important if you plan on capturing one of life's most important events, the 24-70mm F2.8 is a must or look into the Tamron which has some incredible rebates until end of December. digitalgoja.com/tamron-sp-24-70mm-f-2-8-di-vc-usd-lens-for-nikon-dslr-camera-flash-backpack-free-accessories.html

will switching straight to the video switch instead of the on switch mess up the camera?

We are always glad to help! :)
For example, I use a 40MM EF STM lens for my videos. ;)
Thank you SO much!!! This is so so helpful!
Our pleasure! :)
How can i transfer videos to my ipad via wifi?
Hi Vanessa! You need to download the "Canon Camera Connect" on your iPad and follow the instructions on the app to connect the camera with your iPad, once they are connected you will be able to transfer photos and videos to your iPad. ;)
I don't know how pause video on my camera canon rebel 750d help please
Hi there! Unfortunately there's no pause button while recording video. You just have the "Start/Stop" recording button.
+Digital Goja thank it's sad they don't have a stop button:(
Indeed! Only dedicated camcorders have this feature.

Can this camera tether to Lightroom?
Hi Titus! Yes it can tether to Lightroom, keep in mind that you will need to have the version 6.3 or above of Lightroom installed.
i bought this cam and i dont know how to take background blur picture sir?
+sunith smart Hi there! This happens when you use a wide aperture. Try using a big magnification lens with the subject far from the background. :)
i have only kit lens.......is it impossible with that lens? i think not
The kit lens has a variable aperture so you will only be able to use it at its widest "mm", you could try investing in a 50mm F1.8 lens which is ideal for the type of photographs you want to take (blurred blackground).
i have 18-55mm lens
+sunith smart Yes you can with the 18-55. Try the Marco mode which looks like a flower on the mode dial. I got a really good Depth of field background for my first photo in this mode. Also using the manual focus can help.
Nice job
I have a cuestion, how is the quality of the video in 720p??
Hi Pedro, the quality of the videos is actually pretty awesome with its 24.2 APS-C sensor.
Super helpful, thanks!
Great Video, I appreciate it a lot "Newbie RUclipsr" with a great Cannon EOS T6i camera looking to make all my youtube recording from this unit

+Narendra Prajapati keep in mind that the Canon 5D Mark II was discontinued almost 4 years ago. It's always recommended to get a brand new camera. Feel free to take a look to the Canon EOS Rebel T6i: amazon.com/dp/B016P8YCI6
+Digital Goja Recommended by who?
+Tommy T We recommend that you always get brand new camera since you are covered by the manufacturer warranty and you know the actual conditions of the camera.

9:56 didnt work
Hi there! Make sure your settings are set to default, if that doesn't work try doing a factory reset to your camera to have them set to default.

HI Martin, I recommend you read more about both cameras to see which features you want in your camera. This decision is way too personal for me to tell you which one to buy.
Your Video is still watched !
memory card does not go into slot
Hi there! Could you please let us know which card you are using?
pourquoi la vidéo est en anglais
+r0r0 iv4 Hi there! We are a Florida, USA based store, therefore, all the videos uploaded will be in English. We will try to close caption the videos to other languages. :)
OK Thank you for your prompt response
Our pleasure!
Thank you for the info, good to know that!
Ponganlo en Español!!!!
thanks,
#Digital Goja
No problem!
i am beginner
i have to buy canon 80D
for WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
is that camera good for me?,
which lenses are you recommend in mid range price
Definitely, your lens investment is important if you plan on capturing one of life's most important events, the 24-70mm F2.8 is a must or look into the Tamron which has some incredible rebates until end of December. digitalgoja.com/tamron-sp-24-70mm-f-2-8-di-vc-usd-lens-for-nikon-dslr-camera-flash-backpack-free-accessories.html
