I applied in 2018 for a business visa to visit a business conference in Germany and my visa was approved. ...I am the same person working as a manager in a laboratory glass manufacturing company, I am 36, married, having 2 kids, a property, term deposits in my name as well as my wife and kid's name, insurance , parents, and the Americans give their judgement entirely on the basis of prejudice ... Should I forget that I can meet with the people we want to do business with ? You know many Americans do come to India and we help them if they need it. But , after seeing the real face of Americans, I think we should not help them because their thinking is very backward and based upon prejudice that every visitoe is a prospective immigrant ... It makes no sense as to why a person would leave his parents, wife, kids, job, hard earned property ..... ? Why 214 b ....Say directly that you do not believe us .
I think there is some misleading information here. A visitor can train on B1/B2 if it does not count towards a degree and a degree is not conferred at the end of such a training.

Basically, there is no rule for this, you can apply right away if you already fix the issue why it was denied in the first place. Most likely the ties to home country, check the video I did on this topic.

perhaps next time you get the visa denial you can ask him WHY the visa was denied. They always tell you the reason if you actually ask them!

if you have your own business, a property, the car that it's strange. I would apply again and ask what is the reason for denial.
