Colon cancer has run rampant thruout my father's side of the family since the 1950s. Dad told me in 1980s of the many changed I should make in my diet. Your presentation is just awesome. My mother & uncle were into fresh, more healthy foods & home grown. They and one aunt outlived both parents & the other 8 siblings. Mom was the baby & lived to be the oldest. She passed in 2013 @ 88 yrs young. Keep blessing us!. Thank you💙💜❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We need more strong, genuine, courageous and caring health speakers/healers like you! If all the doctors/healers were like you, there will be less sick people suffering in the world. When l listen to you, I have certainty and trust that what you are talking about is God’s sent for me through you! Everything is so simple and makes sense. I’m blessed to have found you! And, I praise the Lord for this. May the Lord continue blessing you with growing wisdom, knowledge, expertise, natural beauty, love for others, and humbleness. May God also protect you from injustice, jealousy, hate, etc., so that you continue helping and sharing your gifts with a needy world! You had a husband who lost and one who gained a great woman! @@learnrespect1967 thanks. I don’t need to. I’d rather listen/follow her than to the best schooled “doctors” who are killing people slowly but surely while they are getting rich along with pharmaceuticals. I blindly trust her because she is like a doctor with no degree that my mother used to know and used who treated all kinds of diseases with same method, diet and herbs. He cured my mother of a disease and brought her back from death basically, the beauty of this practice is that there are no side-effects. Call me ignorant or whatever, but for me it is a great blessing to have found this human being with that level of knowledge about the raw material God has given humans at the very beginning to rely on, and which raw material the drug companies have become experts in converting into poison. I appreciate only a very limited portion of traditional medicine, and that is enough for me. The other side is that we need to research ourselves instead and do the right thing to our bodies to avoid ruining them to begin with. Most of us are given a perfect one at birth. I said most, because some parents do bring into the world unhealthy children because of their unhealthy choices and practices. It is a sort of chain… Another real fact for me is that I am again implementing this Dr.’s suggestions as I learned them very early in my life, and they are working! And some of them work almost immediately. Thank you for the opportunity. Blessings!

You can remove the starch from rice by washing it. Rinse it at least 3 times. Put enough water in the pan to cover the rice and grab handfuls, rubbing the grains together in your hand in the water. Keep doing this. The water will turn cloudy. Empty the water and do it 2 more times.

When cancer is present, one must stay away from foods that cause insulin and blood glucose spikes. Refer to Dr Thomas Seyfried. Rice and other grains can be high in glycemic index and is actually bad for cancer. Cancer is a metabolic dysfunctional condition. Any food that cause insulin and blood glucose leads to cancer growth because cancer needs glucose to grow.

It turns out nearly all food is gluten free. The problem comes from gluten being in all of our FAVORITE (wheat) foods. There are THANK Heavens! gluten free combos of grains in GF flour that substitute one to one for wheat flour with TASTE and texture of wheat....without the "poison" of gluten in it. DEFintely worth baking your own. )))

    • @paulajal4954

So hold on, you do a post mortem, you find scars on the brain and you go straight to ‘that’s because you cook grains too quickly.’ Please enlighten me on this process. Also, nothing kills cancer, my mum just died of breast cancer which has nothing to do with diet and no diet modifications helped her. Sometimes we have to just accept that genetics and being human sucks sometimes, but eat organic grains for health absolutely.

@@lisacook3064 so my mum didn’t have a traumatic upbringing, but she was a nurse. So according to a brief read of what the book says on this my mum got cancer because she was a caregiver. So what about all her nurse friends who don’t have breast cancer?
