I am doing intermittent fasting and have lost 14 pounds. I usually eat breakfast around 9 & dinner around 3 . If I feel a little hungry I have a cup of bone chicken broth and that is enough for me until the next day.

My older son does intermittent fasting and.lost a LOT of weight!!! It works, I can't do it cause I have to eat or I'll get bloated.
Excellent! Small steps equals lasting results. I do intermittent fasting. My first meal of the day is around 1:00pm. At first it was hard to change, but my body got used to it. I feel a lot better; I have more energy; and I’ve even lost some weight!

When I was young my mom made our meals 3 times a day breakfast lunch and supper we had dessert with supper and no snacks between meals we were active and healthy not over weight we hardly EVER ate out

My brother has kept off 200 lbs by eating legumes daily and lowering heavy carbs.
I agree with you because I had the same diet but I found that every person has different metabolism that requires knowing how each body reacts to nutrients we eat. The amazing thing I used is spices that burn fat even during sleep. Thank you.

So we were all brought up to eat 3 square meals a day - then about 10 years ago we were told to "graze" mini meals all day long!

Lentil chickpea curry with a ton of different veg your choice either saute in oil water or stock in one oven proof pan add spices of choice stock cube if wanted plus tin tomatoes and water bring to boil put in oven till cooked , we like to add grated coconut to make creamy , sometimes blend with hand blender if eating with chips! No fish required
