I really love these - so cute and a real novelty! x
Thank you! We're so glad you like these, they're a blast to create.
Is there another tutorial showing how to finish the perimeter of the circle with the blanket stitch? Nice camera work showing the stitching 👍😊. The watermelon design is really cute.
So glad you like the watermelons! Thanks for watching. Tammy shows this in-depth in the February Wooly Mug Rug tutorial. She starts this process about 22 minutes into the video, and you can find that video here: ruclips.net/video/X6X6_qx8mlQ/видео.html&list=PL-nal4iMTUJsRMRB2rlNzU1r1UFsUc2cH&index=5
Hope that helps!
MGS ,
I bought the thread kits for the first 5 wooly mug rugs kits. What are the thread color numbers for the July thread kit and which, if any, are colors that were in the previous 5 thread kits?
Hi Carol!
This set includes:
Four (4) 70 yard spools of Sue Spargo Wonderfil Ellana Wool (colors EN50, EN33, EN13, and EN21)
One (1) 50 yard spool of WonderFil Razzle (color 1106)
One (1) 50 yard spool of WonderFil Dazzle (color 4149)
The June set has EN50 and EN13, May has EN33, and February has EN21. That takes care of the Sue Spargo thread for this project.
The other two spools of WonderFil thread haven't been used before in our sets.
Hope that helps! :)
Would it be possible in future kits to buy only the ones we don't have? That would be awesome as I'm buying all of them! Love them!
It's like you read our mind! :) We do have some of the threads available individually here is a direct link to where they can be found on our website. www.shabbyfabrics.com/Search.aspx?k=wooly+mug+rug
