So what you doing ?
And tell her to do some internship in good company and choose a particular sector of research or production job or academics whatever
Then try adapting there
The initial times will be full of struggle
But once she get hold to her work or her sector
She can grow in it
There are hierarchy and levels in every sectors
Without it no company or organisation can work
And yes tell her to make contacts with colleagues and profesors
Maybe they know some people who work in those field
And yes don't peruse any course or degree for placement or by seeing it's salary online
You are gonna regret always

Hello sir ,
I am a student of Btech biotechnology from a private university . In the month of May I have visited a pharmaceutical company near to my home town for an internship. There I found that many of the employees are not satisfied by their job. Because of only one reason. While studying we are getting used for research and trying to think about new areas of research. Now after my Btech I need to ultimately go for an industry to work. This review has put me in a question for my future aspects. And Research and development of biotech is now being well paid in India . There are many of my friends who cant afford to go for higher studies in other countries and they also dont want to work in such harsh work conditions.
Is there any way to find a best place for work.
