Completing my BS Hons in English left me feeling disheartened and disconnected from literature. But discovering your videos changed everything. You, ma'am, are the teacher I've been searching for, reigniting my passion for English literature in the most delightful way. Thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration.❤❤❤❤

What a wonderful thing you are doing! My best wishes are with you. I too completed my MPhil with my little girl and it is such a gratifying feeling to accomplish something alongside motherhood. Your kids will be so proud of you when they grow up and realise your worth.

This course is fantastic, thank you again. The chanson de geste appeared in France around 1050. It was performed, sung or mimed for a variety of audiences, from the nobility to the common people. These songs, mostly anonymous, were written in Old French (northern France, sung by trouvères) or Occitan (southern France, sung by troubadours). Lyric poetry, on the other hand, is only sung in Occitan.
Some say that King Arthur, his knights and his castle were in Brittany (the western tip of France).
    Kind regards from France.
PS) I really like the Hindi subtitles. It seems very close to Sanskrit.
