    What if you have more than one store front on Tee Spring..? Does that mean a separate page for every store front?

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  4 года назад

      Great question Elaine! Keep in mind the niche storefront is just to be used in the beginning phases for Teespring to get some of your own sales on your account, to get the Trust Score kickstarted, and all the free marketing started. Once you get a few sales on your Teespring account, you no longer need to use storefronts or Instagram at all and you can just upload all types of designs without niches in mind. Merch by Amazon and RedBubble start doing marketing for you from day 1, so you don’t need to drive your own traffic to get a trust score or anything with them. With that said, I think you really only need 1 niche storefront and 1 niche Instagram page to drive traffic to Teespring, but you can have multiple if you'd like.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  3 года назад

      Hey great question! Yes, that's right about the storefronts, they only allow one now, however we only really need one so it works out. Keep in mind the niche storefront is just to be used in the beginning phases for Teespring to get some of your own sales on your account, to get the Trust Score kickstarted, and all the free marketing started. Once you get a few sales on your Teespring account, you no longer need to use any storefronts or Instagram at all, and you can just upload all types of designs without niches in mind, and they will sell individually. With that said, I think we really only need 1 niche storefront and 1 niche Instagram page to drive traffic to Teespring. I hope that helps!

      I agree with Leul.. I've seen these reviews and I've actually seen one of my customers get a bad print! In the volume they are printing shirts, they can get damaged or have bad prints every once in a while. This will hold true for all pod sites. However the positive thing is that Teespring is on top of this and if any customer gets abad print, Teespring immediately sends them out another shirt and lets them keep the original.

Items can be sold worldwide and we have very low overhead so we can go for as long as we need to without sales without having to shut down our business. Use the extra time we all have now to create more designs ;) However, I do not recommend profiting from any designs related to the virus, I wouldn't recommend it.

    Greg, I just watched a news story that said the corona virus could shut down the country for months, possibly even lasting into next winter. Since t-shirts are a kind of public display of some sort of personal identity, do you see the pandemic basically making a successful t-shirt business difficult to start right now. I ask this for personal reasons - I need to find an income, having been downsized several months back, and my last unemployment check arriving this week. My main focus has been trying to find a job, but I've also been trying to set up an income independent of an employer. This week I opened an Instagram account to start promoting the first ten shirts I've designed, but I'm wondering if I should focus on something else? Thanks for any advice.

This is how if you need to, use the free 3 day trial to look, no need to pay right now ruclips.net/video/2JI9VCIhPNI/видео.html and definitely make more designs. 30 is a good start but far too low to see organic sales coming through. Greg, thanks to you, I will be opening my first Tee Spring store next week!!! Following your advice, I'll be starting with 200 designs. Once my Tee Spring store is set, then I'll open a Redbubble.
    My question is, is now a good time to open an online store? Should I wait until Covid-19 is in check and things are back to normal?
    Thank you for all you do!

      Now is the BEST time to open an online store! People everywhere are being quarantined or told to work from home, so naturally they're not going outside especially to shop, unless it's for necessities which means a lot more people (customers) will be looking for online alternatives to get what they need without risking their health outside their homes.I just opened my store 2 days ago and I am so excited to see what potential it will have with the Easter holiday and Mothers Day, Father's Day, Graduation, etc. all coming up in the next few weeks/months! Good luck with your store! :)

I'm doing it through teespring, following the step you told me. I just have one question. How many campaigns do you think I have to commit myself to launch before even thinking of giving up? 100? 200? 500? I heard you say many times a couples hundreds but does that mean that you almost sell no shirts until you reach that? How many do you think I should post before expecting to sell one per day for example?

      Great question! Click storefonts, the little edit icon in the corner of the storefront thumbnail, products, add products, then uncheck the ones you want to remove from the storefront. When someone clicks on the item that you left in the storefront, it will bring them to the full listing with all the other options that you removed form the storefront.

    Hey Greg. So you have been super helpful so far and I thank you for that.
    Had a question. So in your videos you talk a lot about niches. Thing is, I don't have one specific niche to target, but I do have like 4/5. So should I create seprate storefronts for each niche on Teespring? How do I do that under one account?

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  4 года назад +2

      Excellent question! Keep in mind the niche storefront is just to be used in the beginning phases for Teespring to get some of your own sales on your account, to get the Trust Score kickstarted, and all the free marketing started. Once you get a few sales on your Teespring account, you no longer need to use storefronts or Instagram at all and you can just upload all types of designs without niches in mind :) Merch by Amazon and RedBubble start doing marketing for you from day 1, so you don’t need to drive your own traffic to get a trust score or anything with them. With that said, I think you really only need 1 niche storefront and 1 niche Instagram page to drive traffic to Teespring.

    I haven't been in the Teespring scene in a few years. But now I want to get back into it. Do folks like yourself use FB ads to sell these shirts anymore? I remembered when using PPE ads was almost like printing money, then next was WC ads, then Lookalikes, etc..

    Good morning Greg, how are you today? I was looking at my T spring settings on my first couple items and have a question about the Boosted Network cost. I set my first prices to a slim margin, however my concern is the cost of Boosted promotion. If my profit margin is set low am I endanger of the items not making money or costing me more than my profit will cover.

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  4 года назад +1

      Hey Jeff, thanks for asking! Yes and no. You'll only be able to partake in the boosted network (and their other marketing efforts) if you profit margin is large enough to account for their additional cost. With that said, it's on a listing basis, not an account wide basis. Small margins can help get initial sales because the cost is lower, but having at least a $7 margin is going to be helpful long run to get all their marketing efforts.

    Hello, Greg,
    With the VIDOC-19 crisis, I'm curious to know your impressions of business in these uncertain times. In your opinion, would it be morally acceptable to create and try to sell designs that deal with topics such as corona viruses? Of course I'm talking about tasteful designs (not dodgy jokes).

    • @GregGottfried
      @GregGottfried  4 года назад +1

      Thanks for asking Richard! I dont think it will even close to affecting print on demand in the amount if affects other businesses. Items can be sold worldwide and we have very low overhead so we can go for as long as we need to without sales without having to shut down our business. Use the extra time we all have now to create more design ;) However, I do not recommend profiting from any designs related to the virus, I wouldn't recommend it.
