About Reimu's ability, I have read it from other wiki and found that the Touhou Wiki is a bit wrong. Reimu doesn't have any ability to float away from reality. Also, in her Fantasy Nature, she just fly so high that no attacks can reach her unless you can teleport yourself and/or your bullet to Reimu. So, Reimu is far weaker than what the wiki has described her.

Yes they do. Though the timeframe can switch a little depending on the manga you're reading on. The difference would be when certain characters show up as majority of the time, you won't see specific characters until the game with said character had released during that prior time.
All the works have been translated. The problem is I don' know where to start exactly. While there is a chronological order you can follow, it's not needed as all the manga works are spin-offs and can be read as their own separate thing. The only issue will be that certain moments in the manga you could be lost as they do reference moments from the games but it's nothing too major. I'll list out the manga works you can check out from your usual manga site. I use either Mangafox or Dynasty-Reader when it comes to reading the manga works. Touhou Bougetsushou ~ Silent Sinner in Blue: Involves the girls going to the moon and meeting their residences. Touhou Sangetsusei - Eastern and Little Nature Deity, and it's sequels focuses on three fairies and their little adventures around Gensokyo. Touhou Ibarakasen - Wild and Horned Hermit: Centers on a hermit who visits the main characters. Touhou Suzunaan - Forbidden Scrollery: Stars a book store keeper who carries a lot of youkai books. These four works would be all good choices for learning more about Touhou and just over all a fun read. Each one has their own little quarks and such that you can't help but enjoy it. Just to note, all four works are drawn by different artist. The story is all by ZUN which makes the works canon, but the artstyle and such are those from said artist. Just in case you switch from one work to another and you notice a big shift when it comes to the artstyle. Overall, this is a good start off. There are more works related to Touhou but it's not in a manga form. Some are done written as a novel and some in anthology style. I can recommend them to you if you want but I felt starting off with the Manga form is the best. Plus you asked for manga so it only made sense. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
