Having Sphere of Chaos and Chaos End Master means Farfa sort of has a not *super* reliable but still noteworthy 1 card combo into any Level 8 Synchro. Of which he has exactly 1, but still thats better than nothing, and he'll probably get 1 or 2 more in the future And he has a few decent Dragon support cards so those are worth keeping track of as well
What’s funny is that while that will help with Doug, that’s what Gage seems to counter. Gage’s deck is so good into Doug and Farfa, because their goal is mostly to put out big monsters that can’t be outed by beaters, but Gage’s deck plays a lot of removal for precisely those big monsters.
@@Endershock1678 Still its better than nothing and in this power format its absolutely worth looking for Chaos Master synergy and making a lv8. He won't always have the out and even if he does he has to use it one more time.

Avid Dinomorphia player here to answer Farfa's question 37:43, Dinomorphia Shell outside of just being a wall that forces your oppenent to attack it for the turn and bansih in grave to prevent battle damage actually has some sercet effects/interaction in the archetype. Cards like Dinomorphia Brute and Sonic require you to destroy a Dinomorphia monster as part of its effect and this token counts. Additionally you can also use the token as a fusion material for Dinomorphia Domian (the first fusion trap from field, hand, and main deck). Granted its not the most played counter trap, but not least player either but still an ok option to dump to grave from Diplos effect on summon to have that battle protection. To clarify I am NOT endursing this as a good card option for Dinomorphia decks, just pointing out weird uses for the token lol.
Once again Doug snatched defeat from the jaws of victory! Hyozanryu is a member of the Gem Dragon series along with Alexandrite Dragon, Labradorite Dragon, Luster Dragon #1 and Luster Dragon #2. It also includes anime only cards Diamond Head Dragon and the Red color swap with Luster Dragon called Ruby Dragon. It is also part of the chemical series, the same set of cards that Carboneddon and Water Dragon are from.
Ive never cried tears of joy watching a yugioh video, but unironically dug attacking the veiler made me laugh so hard my dad became curious and came to my room.
I really like how low-power and detail oriented this series is. Every little interaction mattering to the degree that they get brought up in the deck profiles is a refreshing change of pace to me compared to the more manicured decks possible in Saga. The two series actually complement each other very well, both offering unique takes on limited. This series is quickly joining Saga as one of my most anticipated weekly watches. Excellent work!
This's slowly becoming my favourite RUclips series. Replacing saga. All it's missing is a wheel. Doesn't have to mean anything just spin a wheel at the start of the video then go on with the rest.
"What do you want from me?" Doug, Might I suggest you stop spam clicking nonstop every time anybody plays any card. You'd be a lot less likely to accidentally click past trigger effects if you weren't spam clicking the whole duel.
I love masochist series, where else would "Normal summon Mad Reloader" be not just a viable turn one play, but actually be one of the most hype plays ever.
15:00 - think about it this way: You've pulled 32 • 8 = 256 cards. If the first card matches any of the next 255 cards, that's a pair, so the first card gives you 255 chances at a pair. Then, for the second card, if it matches any of the following 254 cards, that's a pair - the second card gives you 254 chances at a pair. There's one chance per each pair of cards, and we can calculate that there are 1 + 2 + 3 + ... + 254 + 255 = (1 + 254) + (2 + 253) + ... + (127 + 128) + 255 = 128 * 255 = 32'640 pairs of cards in your collection. Thus, assuming that every card in the master pack has an equal chance to be pulled, the expected number of pairs is 32'640/7000 ≈ 4.66. But some cards are pulled more often than others, meaning that the true expected number is higher¹ than 4.66 depending on the amount of cards in each rarity and their relative likelihoods. ¹the likelyhood of two cards pulled from that pack being a pair is minimized by making every card equally likely. Thus, if the cards aren't equally likely, we know we should expect more pairs than we would otherwise.
I meant to comment this last time because Gauge was confused about something. If your pack has multiple SRs or SRs and URs or multiple URs etc, if you auto open the pack (don't click each card individually) the SRs will *always* open first. So if there's a foil card to the left and one on the right pops first and it's an SR, the left one is a UR. Just as a more clear way of explaining let's say you open a pack that looks like this N R N SR UR R N SR UR SR The pack will open this way N R N wiggle wiggle R N wiggle wiggle wiggle Then it will open (NRN) SR skip (RN) SR skip SR Then it will return to the beginning and go (NRNSR) UR (RNSR) UR (SR) Things in parentheses have already been opened. Hope that makes sense and helps people feel less confused when their cards don't open just from left to right
Yeah i think that simply switching around the rule to 1 loss = 1 extra pack would make more sense then letting good decks snowball with extra pack pulls
@@MeriliremIsn't it simply a primal urge to win? You'll get a score, you'll be ahead. I doubt anyone would throw on purpose. Now, in this specific series it's a bit different due to you winning gets your cards banned, but catch-up mechanics would work in Saga just fine (and Wheel does just that).
