Great review! I bought this bike in May and love it. The bags are super practical for grocery stores, farmers markets and gym. I can even carry a yoga mat ;) I bought a HD quick release luggage rack and strap on a ton of stuff. I hardly drive my car!
I’ve got the bright orange one. Added stage 2 mods literally in the first 2 months of ownership. The smile per dollar ratio is perfect for me.... also added the engine guard and the taller windshield. Now I’m banned from more mods by wifey till next season. Lol
@@GenZBiker not yet. Probably gonna stick with the SE parts till the warranty runs out.... after that, I’m switching to the Vance and hines fuel pack, and dyno tuning for max performance.
Go with the sport glide. Everyone ive talked to says that despite them having the same engine, the heritage feels slower. Not sure why but its definitely less of an agile feel. The sport glide has the same touring capability but it’s even more nimble
Nice review Nathan. Sport glide is very underrated machine! Good looking, performs well ! Great example w the bags showing the groceries. Love the intro ! Very well done 👍🏼
It's nice for sure. Get the biggest bike you can...you'll never go smaller. I'm only 7th HD. Each one bigger than my 1986 Sportster 883 I got 30 years ago. With each bigger bike my miles went up each time. Love the long road trips better than the stoplight cruising I used to do mostly.
I ride a Kawa Z900RS which I love, but looking into a 2021 Sport Glide for more relaxed driving, long trips etc... Good idea? Will test drive the Harley next week. Not sure I will ever say goodbye to my Kawa though...
And that’s ok bro! Not every bike is made for every person. Dont worry, eventually you’ll find the right bike for you. Just keep searching, ride safe and inspire the ride 🙏🏼👏🏼
I ride a Heritage this Summer at Demo Days and hated it, it truly felt like an "old man bike". I wish they would have had the Sport Glide available to ride because I think that would fit my needs AND be more fun to ride.
I got 3 more vids on the sport glide coming, I love this bike so much honestly I want one of my own now! And yes just got home, a total of 512 miles I believe 🙏🏼
Thanks for your review. And keep up the good work! I’m a “Boomer” and I like the Sport Glide for the same reasons. Plus, it doesn’t have the weight of the Electra Glide, Road Glide, or Street Glide, etc. So it’s much more nimble and quick. And the price beats those “battleship bikes” by ten thousand dollars! Also, those battleships are almost like riding in a car, so what’s the point? In my opinion, the Sport Glide is the best thing Harley has produced since the old Dinas. However, it would be nice to have the option of the 114 engine for two-up riding (although my wife probably wouldn’t know the difference). It’s a great bike to ride off into the sunset!
Nice informative video. This baby boomer thinks the Sports Glide is the perfect bike as well. Have done some upgrades that have improved the looks and verstlity. Love my 2019!
Well, I can get all that easily into the storage under the seat of my Honda silverwing 600 scooter! And it does 2 up highway cruising with absolutely no problem whatsoever! The ONLY PROBLEM with it is.....it’s a scooter! The Harley will do everything my scooter will do and then some! My scooter doesn’t turn heads, doesn’t look cool, doesn’t RUMBLE, doesn’t put a smile from ear to ear while shifting through the gears, doesn’t have torque for days.......Yeah, I want a sport glide!
@@GenZBiker From a dealer. But there is no official announcement yet. I’m annoyed as I was hopping in 2021 the Sport Glide would come with the 114. 2020 has been a shit show, so was not able to buy this bike, not that it would matter as my local dealer had no stock. Next best option will likely be the Lowrider S.
@@christinejorja You could always get a sport glide and simply do the upgrade kit to bring up the engine size! That’s actually what I want to do.... and truth be told i think the sport glide will stay around. FXDR is definitely a goner and maybe the break out too but i have a feeling the SG will stay

Former Sport Glide owner here..... it was a great bike for someone looking for a nice big twin and not a full on bagger.
I'm 61 and bought one. Its an awesome bike
Keep the cold stuff in the left bag. The exhaust heats up the interior of the right bag a bit....
Never thought about that, good to know though!
I am a Baby Boomer! If I were ever to get a smaller bike this would be my pick for sure.
I am between Sport Glide and Heritage , still cant decide

It's a pity that the Sport Glide is cancelled for 2021!
It’s not...
@@GenZBiker I think you will find that it is. Along with the FXDR, Breakout etc.

You lost me at “ Biker Bros “.
That’s my coined phrase, like it or not idgaf, you can leave. Appreciate the extra engagement and ad dollars you just gave me my fellow biker bro 😎 🤙🏼
No problem “ Bro “.
Your intro music is way too damn loud.
Then lower your volume haha. I watch youtube on my phone and have never had an issue truthfully. What are you watching on?
@@GenZBiker I haven't watched any of your videos on my phone yet. I watch them at home on my pc with headphones.
Interesting, the headphones must be the reason!
