Fixing DeWalt DWD110 Drill that Won't Turn On / Sometimes Turns On

I repaired my 10 year old DeWalt DWD110 drill that wouldn't trigger on or would only trigger on some of the time. The carbon brushes looked fine (plenty of "brush" left) so I bought a replacement variable speed switch from eReplacementParts.com.
This is actually a nice easy swap out, hardest part is dealing with the AC electrical leads. They pop in/out kind of like the rear holes on new electrical outlets.
Drill is running again. This isn't worth your time or money unless you enjoy repairing things that have been well built. 'merica.
