Muse is the best band in the world for the last 20 years! You should check the live from Wembley 2007 to see what the can do! They are unique!

I was there. The Black Parade were annoying. Biffy Clyro were at their pre-fame best. MUSE were on a different planet. Absolutely incredible. There were large parts of their set where my feet weren't touching the floor. I remember before 'Plug In Baby', I was alongside the large mixing desk area. When it started, I was 50 feet in front of it without moving my legs! :O Mindblowing...just as they were several years earlier in Torbay playing to about 500 of us. :) A truly astonishing live band. :)

3:20 - Yeah it's kinda back to their roots. Their earliest stuff was all heavy like this, I think you'd enjoy anything off Showbiz, Origin of Symmetry, or Absolution. (You'll get a ton of recommendations in the comments soon, I can feel it xD) Later they would go all over the map experimenting with different styles, but this is definitely harking back to their oldschool sounds.
Also yeah, Matt is an exceptional guitarist, in addition to his singing and piano. All three of these guys are amazingly talented.

Btw someone mentioned live versions, and I wanted to emphasis their point, because they're 100% correct: Muse are currently the best live band in the world, and we love reactions of live versions! With other bands you can feel like you're not getting the best initial experience listening to a new song live, but with Muse, that's not the case. Often their live performances outshine the studio versions, so definitely don't sleep on this! :)
I think my next muse reaction will most definitely be a live performance :))

I think you have enough Muse recommendations from other comments but honestly they have never been this heavy and it's so good, be sure to check out anytime they release a new song, we never know if it's gonna be pure pop or godlike metal!

You are so lucky, you are at the beginning of an incredible journey, falling in love with Muse! So much for you to go back to 😂🤣 my suggestion is, always live performances. Try Stockholm Syndrome, Hyper Music, The Small Print and Hysteria for starters! For me first 3 albums are the best, but Will of the People, the one being released this month is shaping up to be in my top 3 if the first 4 releases are anything to go by! Please keep reacting to Muse🙏🤘🏻
A lot of people are going to give you reccomendations. Definately listen to all of the suggestions (they will be "core" Muse). After listening to those, dip your toes into some of Muses more off the wall stuff that really shows how diverse they are. United States of Eurasia, Citizen Erased, Microcuts, and Unsustainable are some of the less requested masterpieces. Don't listen to them before the "core" suggestions though.
Nice reaction, I heard almost all the discography of Muse and this one is one of my faves. For the next Muse song I suggest ya to look out for Stockholm Syndrome Live from Glastonbury 2004, Hysteria, New Born or Reapers Live from Cologne :)

You honestly could just name almost all of their songs for the bass work. One of the only few band that every members play a huge role in the music. New Born has to have the most underrated bassline ever.
