Most of the buildings and houses in India ( 5 and less than 5 floors) are constructed using wooden form work. In Japan, is mostly with steel and iron form work which is more precise.
You have not covered some of additional disadvantages of mivan ( like heat issue, noise issue, also space saving is not correct, it depends on builder's intention, there are some others, i have seen seepage or you can say kind of leakage in mivan due to human error and once there is seepage then it is very hard to repair). I am staying in mivan project so commenting. Now a days people are giving briefing on mivan as a sales pitch after getting details from other sales people..
Bro space management is better. And not all mivan are fully mivan please check yours. And people are unable to get anything against mivan so spreading leakage issue. Any construction with human error is bad. It's like saying if bmw engine is made by bad mechanic it will fail😅
@404_Not_Found_1 mine is fully mivan, and it is from one of the top notch builders in NCR. My project was delivered in 2023.. May be you are lucky or I am unlucky 😕
