I am starting my first roofing sales job next week. These videos are really encouraging and are teaching me a lot. I never would have thought this business could bring so much success.
Many kudos to Ali for his integrity and doing it right!!!!! You don't have to be a snake salesman to make a great income in this business, just work hard everyday and be able to smile at yourself in the mirror because you know you're making a difference

Instead of leaving, he threatened and harassed me. He got some video of me, trying to scare me by calling me a Karen. When that didn't work and I told him to eff off, he told me that I need to go jogging. The circumference of my ass is not his business; he should have just left.
Sent this video right to sales guys. I don't know how you find some of these guys, but Ali a class act... Not rocket science.. Hard work pays off, period....
Exactly what I did: send it to my sales guys. Hard work inspires, and we all get lazy and demotivated from time to time, inspiring to meet people like Ali in life! Hard work pays off!!!

He sold 3 million in one year and your saying he's top 5 in the industry? I'm not sure who you've been interviewing. If you don't sell 3 million a year consistently your not giving it your all. I sold 6 million a year by myself in residential only.
