Ingredients:
How to make Chicken Pizza
lukewarm water - 4 tbs + 2 Cups
instant yeast - 2 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Big onion(Finely chopped) - 1 Cup
Capsicum(Finely chopped) - 1 Cup
Maida ( All Purpose Flour ) - 5 Cups + 2 tbs
Sugar - 2 - 3 tbs
Salt ( according to taste )
Pepper powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Big onion(Finely chopped) - 1 nos
TOMATO (Finely chopped) - 2 nos
Garlic(Finely chopped) - 1 tbs
Refined oil - 1 tbs
oregano- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Butter- 50 gms + 50 gms
Milk - 2 Cups
TOMATO Sauce- 4 tbs
Mozzarella cheese- 1 Cup

Tried out the recipe n got excellent results...I made a single rectangle pizza of 25/15 inches using this recipe. Extra ingredients added were sweet corn, olives n mozzarella cheese.
