Great reminder and also an important distinction: not only is “doing the work” outside of the retreats, but also “doing the work” in between the work (i.e. all through your day, in between the meditations). Thank you!

This is not news. Dr Joe speaks about this all the time! How many times does he say that you have to change your personality before your personal reality will change. His first book is called Breaking the habit of being yourself" which goes into great detail about how to change yourself. I don't know why this guy thinks it's such a revelation.

The obvious is not so obvious to others. Everyone is at a different point in their awareness and understanding. May be Everyone doesn't get it like you do. Anyway, all the best

Who do you think you are? That is a question everyone should ask themselves
