3. Pharaoh
Pharaoh, the ruler of Egypt during Moses's time, is remembered for his stubborn resistance against letting the Israelites leave Egypt. His defiance against God's will brought about devastating plagues upon Egypt, marking him as a figure of great opposition in biblical narratives.
