But after Judas went out (John 13:30), Jesus then said that all who were present were clean (John 15:3) Jesus indeed loved all His disciples unto the end (John 13:1) which truly shows us how great and deep the compassion, mercy, and grace of our Lord is but Judas was in no wise clean and was a devil from the beginning (John 6:70). There will be many in the day of the Lord who will say that they did all these great and marvelous things in Christ’s name but the reality is that their hearts are far from Him (Matthew 15:8) and they are actually workers of iniquity-not righteousness (Luke 13:27).

You can't fall to sleep with this good preaching! I ask you this: if when Jesus died on the cross all our sins were forgiven. Does that mean judas sin was forgiven too?
Romans 11:22 ESV [22] Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.
Yes. Judas was instrumental in God's Plan for Salvation of humanity. Yes, Judas had the freedom to choose, after the betrayal happened and Jesus was sentenced to death on cross (not before that). He was assigned to betray so that Scripture may be fulfilled. But later, Judas had the choice to repent and come back to Jesus, like what Peter did. Then he also would definitely have been pardoned and saved. Great are teh ways of God. Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God".
A timely message even for today. But if Judas was never saved, how was he commissioned by Jesus to heal the sick and cast out demons with the other disciples?
As the preacher says, "To fulfill scripture". I believe that God fulfills scripture to help strengthen our faith. My human heart, however, morns for Judas. My hope is that because the Bible doesn't specifically say that Judas is in hell, although certain verses could be interpreted as a hellish fate, that he is somehow redeemed by the Grace of Jesus. I pray for his soul.
The Bible tells us that God uses vessels of dishonor and vessels of honor alike to show His glory (2 Tim 2:20-21). God uses honorable and dishonorable things to show His wrath and judgment. I believe the example of Judas was just that-an example and to be used to edify and rebuke true believers of Christ. 1 Corinthians 1:28-29 tells us that God uses the base and weak things of this world to confound the wise and uses the things that are despised in this world to bring Him glory. Ecclesiastes 12:13 tells us that the whole duty of man is to fear the Lord and to keep His commands. Fearing the Lord helps us to depart from evil (Prov 3:7). This is all to the salvation of the Church which is why Jude says (v22-23) that some are saved with compassion and others with fear because the fiery wrath of God is coming. All of this is to keep us alert and sober and to remain in the fear of the Lord and despising everything tainted with evil. Judas is an example to keep us sober and reminds us that if it weren’t for the blood of Christ we would all be condemned to that same horrifying fate of Judas.
Because the Lord honors his son Jesus, for it was and is by his name that demons are cast out, miracles are done and salvation is brought to men. Praise God in the highest whose mercies are renewed each day and whose love is shown everywhere.
The Lord knew Judas would betray Him when He chose him. It was in prophecy and it had to happen. Strange thing is that The Lord identified Himself to the guard before the "kiss" so Judas was not even necessary.

Be careful not to speak for God what He has not revealed in scripture. The book of Job warns us about that with the examples of Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar.
Even when Cain murdered his brother Abel, The Farther God still showed mercy to Cain! God allowed Cain life but not the life God wanted him to experience!!! Suffering and pain are consequences of one’s choices!!! God gives grace and mercy to the humble, not the evil and proud full!!! We all are little Jesus’s but how many are CHRIST bound!!! We all are saved but many don’t have an authentic relationship with THE LORD!!!!
The main difference between Peter and Judas is the fact that Jesus prayed for Peter whenever the devil will sift him like wheat but urged Judas to go ahead and betray him.
In Africa, when I saw the first time a plane flying in the sky, I was told about a people of intelligent people who do complex things with high abstract thinking. I did not think that time I would see the same people sitting to be asked childish questions and take time to listen to tales of the Bible. It seems all are in "Bondage of Sin and Death"!
The 21:32 minute mark, how was Judas NOT saved when God Himself called him to become a disciple and an apostle? Can a disciple not be saved? Can a man that believed Jesus, studied under him, casted out demons, healed the sick, and was selected for the position of apostleship NOT be saved. Judas lost (forfeited) salvation when iniquity was found in his heart. He betrayed Jesus. Although he regretted and confessed his wrong, Judas killed himself and made Hell Fire his eternal abode.
I really love the question in the title of this sermon: Why did Jesus choose Judas as his disciple. Jesus said to his disciples 'you did not choose Me but I chose you (John 15 v16) And repeated in the next verse: I appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last... in the beginning it is not likely that Jesus knew exactly who would betray Him as it is written only later in John 13 that he knew who it was and then only it says that 'satan entered into him.' So he still had a real choice in the final moment. Jesus then told him to 'do it quickly' and he 'immediately went out into the night'.. But at the beginning I do not think Jesus knew. There are more things that Jesus did not know, like when He would return to earth. (Mt 24 v30-36)
I thank you Jesus for Judah. For if he had not betrayed You, which was his assignment since the world began. You would've not have gone to the Cross. If You would've not of gone to the Cross, I would've been under the wrath and curse of God my Father in Heaven. Let me not judge those that hearts are hardened. For i know well that You are the One that hardens hearts. You send both calamity and good. Lamentations 3:38. i was instructed to love thy neighbor, and not judge or condemn. I pray for all the Judahs including me. Our sinful nature, that we're born with has all the characteristics of a judah. I lie, i steal, i betray, i deceive etc... my father was the devil. But i have been redeemed by Your precious blood and little by little all the nations that you speak of in deuteronomy 7 are being removed by Your powerful Spirit. Thank you Jesus for Your love n mercy.❤
Jesus even before he picked judas From the very beginning understood that this man would deceive him and told so on the last supper without this we would not be reading the bible or understand maybe I am wrong but I believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose on the 3rd day prase his name amem and amen 🙏
However, Peter denied Christ three times so maybe at that time he too did not really believe and he too did not have true faith in the Messiah. By turning his back on Jesus and denying him, was he not guilty of not being saved?
It was PROPHESIED 600 years before that someone he broke bread with would betray him for 30 pieces of silver, and, even included where he would be buried in "the potters field". Prophecy by an adjective is PREDETERMINATION. Nothing catches God by surprise! God has no "Plan B" when Judas shows up! Everything unfolds as God has SAID. WE are the ignorant ones who get surprised! Ha ha!
Judas proves that even with the irrefutable truth staring us right in the face we can still not see it, unless God intervenes opens our eyes and shows it to us.

You can't fall to sleep with this good preaching! I ask you this: if when Jesus died on the cross all our sins were forgiven. Does that mean judas sin was forgiven too?
Powerful sermon! Many thanks man of God
Romans 11:22 ESV
[22] Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness. Otherwise you too will be cut off.
Thank you Jesus!
So Jesus could show his mercy!
A timely message even for today. But if Judas was never saved, how was he commissioned by Jesus to heal the sick and cast out demons with the other disciples?
Good question!
Amen Pastor. Preach! Truth! No dressing up !
Amen and amen! Explained so clearly and simply, a child can understand it.
The Bible is our sure anchor.
The Lord knew Judas would betray Him when He chose him. It was in prophecy and it had to happen. Strange thing is that The Lord identified Himself to the guard before the "kiss" so Judas was not even necessary.
I agree with you, jesus knew exactly that would to him by Judas, but jesus let it happen in order to fulfill the scriptures.
GOD chooses who HE deems to do HIS WILL. HIS purpose.

GOD directed Jesus to pick him! Jesus said, “I do and say what my Father directs!”
Please play THE ORIGINAL episodes in their entirety. Cutting ‘em by 15 or 20 minutes is a terrible presentation practice. God AGREES.
We invite you to view the full messages at lwf.org each week. The version on RUclips is our TV Broadcast which has to be precisely timed for the networks that air our program. Thank you.
Be careful not to speak for God what He has not revealed in scripture. The book of Job warns us about that with the examples of Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar.
@lwfministries Will the broadcast be at 10am from now on? Or 6am? I like 6am but LWF of course you'll do what's best Brothers and Sisters.
Wonderful! Thank you for this information. God Bless!
@@oreally8605 Should be back to 6 a.m. next week. Just had a scheduling issue this week!
Question: WHY ... are we here in the first place?? Why did this entire world, solar system, galaxiy, universe ... come to be at all? What's the point?
Good teaching Allen. I might be wrong as well but I view God like 3in 1 oil. One liquid working together in 3 ways
Beautiful

Love Him because He saved life
Jesus even before he picked judas
From the very beginning understood that this man would deceive him and told so on the last supper without this we would not be reading the bible or understand maybe I am wrong but I believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose on the 3rd day prase his name amem and amen 🙏
Woo great info
careful this man above is a oneness peticostal .dont believe in the triune nature of Gd
To fulfill scripture.
However, Peter denied Christ three times so maybe at that time he too did not really believe and he too did not have true faith in the Messiah. By turning his back on Jesus and denying him, was he not guilty of not being saved?
He chose him as he knew he will help him fulfill his mission.
Ha ha!
It might sound a little off, but, it was absolutely impossible for Judas to repent. Just like it was impossible for Moses to enter the promised land.
Judas proves that even with the irrefutable truth staring us right in the face we can still not see it, unless God intervenes opens our eyes and shows it to us.
But God gives everyone the opportunity to have their eyes opened.
The 12 sent to Jesus by the Father Jn. 17:6 paragraph. Disciples followed Father's teaching, until, Father said listen to Jesus(desended like a dove)(mount transfiguration " authority with Father until given Jesus. Think about these things😮😊
