Everyone is given targets even people you see on desk . 3.On paper Salary approx ,- 22 - 25 k real salary - around 17 - 18 k after deducating loan amount ( this was of mumbai ) 4. HR department is worst ... they told me we also stay late ... being in sales its your duty to stay late ... Dont Join ... its wastage of time and also your parents money ... during my time loan and interest was less but now its too much .

@@Gkpandey well if you have some other career option without taking loan then it's good, and about icici even I don't think it is a good idea to pay a company to join it's sales force. Even if you are in operation you may have to face sales. Well still it's your decision take your time do research on RUclips Quora and ask to employees of bank, stand out of the branch in evening time when they leave their office ask them on road they will definitely give some feedback of this job

See I have been preparing for 1 year. But I very well know about t rush in government exam as you can see the number of applicants increasing day by day as well as cut off. Take my example previous year I cleared 2 bank clerk missed po pre by small margin and approx all ssc exams pre but this year I haven't clear anyone of them. So going for uncertainty is also not good I think. After 2/3 year mai be the recruitment process will be change by icici aur may be it will be closed and may be it will become more tough. So there are pro and cons in both side. I am also unable to decide.
