Even HDFC will show CTC as 12-13lakhs but in-hand salary will be 8-9 lakhs also some Major Placement Tips- Don't join in Audit/Tax roles as you will never become manager or above unless you are a CA or CPA. Also avoid startups as much as possible since they can fail anytime and work wise learning will be not relevant to actual corporate companies. I wish I knew these things during placement process of IBS-Hyd.

Psu banks salary are definitely better. SBI clerk earns 35k and also with various perks and allowances. If you are not from a reputed college, private bank won't pay you well.

Low salary I have to say. Sorry. It's lower than the salary of a Sr. Assistant in State Government. In addition, my State Government provides 1. LTC for country/ foreign travel 2. Unlimited health benefits 3. Life long old pension scheme (ops) . This benefits practically double the take home pay. Anyway keep shining.
