99% of candidates gets sales profile and targets with a addon of severe work pressure. One should have selling skills for these profiles. I don’t know why people join these programs, bcoz these programs doesn’t teach selling skills, it is something which is in built in people as per their personality. If one has this selling skill in your personality you will be offered good salary regardless of the degree and your background.

You are right, axis bank doing scam in the name of ABYB program. Once you paid you stuck. After that there are only one option resign, because they created un necessary pressure to employee. There is no option without resignation.

Hi Nitesh, These 3 banks are top 3 private banks in India. So pressure is almost same among all of them. But still you can consider as HDFC being the highest pressure environment, followed by ICICI and Axis.

I get selected in hdfc sales profile by direct interview in HDFC SALES PVT LTD manager try to see confidence of sale 3 rounds were their all managers give me topic of sales like personal loan sale who can i convince i really did gud to sale that product to manager another manager asked me to sale credit card i sale him with cross answers another manager ask me to sale Fish as he was vegetarian i did that.. All were impressed and offer me job even i have a career gap of 1.50 year. 😂😂😂

It depends on the role and position. Sales Officer se chalu hua to 13-14K per month, BDM hua to 17-19K per month and RM hua to 25K-30K per month. (All as a fresher)
