Federalism hasn't worked in West Bengal, which has enormously underperformed. I disagree with Ruchir.

You still need a system that creates real wealth through entrepreneurship, capital formation, intellectual property laws, an expansion of the judiciary around these areas. Just looking at the stock market growing is immature.

If the existing models don't work to describe the reality of what is working, you don't 'suspend reality'. Rather, you look for better models to describe the reality of what is happening.

He didn’t answer Mr Garg’s question. He was beating about the bush. Has a very good chance to be a politician

The Unipolar era was over the moment China crossed America as largest economy by PPP metric. Though American hegemony still remained.
We are currently living in a multi polar world, that is going to change by 2032 when China becomes number 1 economy in the world and US is relegated to the Number 2 spot and by then the US debt is going to be Somewhere around 40-45 trillion USD.
But, that would look like a more bipolar world with China being on Top and US being second.
List of People you should never listen to...

    5) Ian Bremmer

Ruchir Sharma has been the most consistent misinformant about Indian market for a decade now. He has been predicting India' s dooms day for long...It is high time to ignore the western propped Economists and their predictions....
