Here is a recap to Calibrate Throttle Range: (Bind first, and then you never have to bind again unless you change transmitter etc.) (Throttle trim should be at zero.) 1. Remove prop 2. Transmitter off 3. Disconnect everything from ESC except receiver 4. Turn on transmitter 5. Full throttle 6. Keep connectors separated 7. Plug in battery. Wait for beeps 8. Throttle to zero 9. Disconnect battery 10.Turn off Transmitter 11.Turn on transmitter 12. Plug in battery 13. You're done. 14. Move throttle

I was just about to throw my beeping ESC away after trying several different things. I even tried you video about a week ago with out any success. But I was bored and though before I throw it away I'd try it again. And it worked.this time. thanks. If you get a chance you might want to go thru the steps again and take out your oops in this one. It would make it easier for others to follow. But thanks again.
Whats happened is that the ESC's throttle range needs re-calibrating. By powering up the esc with the throttle at max on your TX, let it beep a couple times, then quickly goto zero throttle & then the ESC will give a long beep. This means the ESC is now set to operate within its 0-100% throttle range. This can even happen multiple times after you've already set it, so don't worry. Those purple TP esc'sare also actually quite good, given lots of airflow they'll easily handle 40A constant :)

I was actually starting giving power with throttle full bottom. and when you said to move full throtthle , so that was in fact low/nill throttle. previoiusly i was starting up with full throttle. I just revers it and now.. my motor is running lovely :)
Additional info for those looking into this video. You can have a motor connected when calibrating, just BE SURE to remove your props when doing this just in case they spin up... Also those bullet connectors for sure should be covered with heat shrink, it's cheap and easy to do :)

Nowhere did it say in the instructions or troubleshooting guide to perform this procedure, so I googled the problem and the first hit I got was this. Thanks mate, you've saved me a few quid :-)
I tried this but no luck. Do you arm the board or just move the throttle up? Does the ESC need to be on its own power? or can it just feed off the distribution board?
I have two esc detrum and one of them cant give me 100% rpm I dont know why , I wanna reset to the dufelt sitting , could you please explain if possible Thanks lot
What solved my problem was throttle trim wasn't all the way to 0, throttle with trim was set to -96.5 after i trimmed it back to -100 it fired right up
hey....I'm hvng a prob.....my escs are not beeping together ........I'm using kk 2.1 with 30 amp escs 2200 mah li-poly 3s 25 c series & 1400kv bldc.....please help...n reply asap... :(

If this does not work take out the shrink tube outside the esc and resolder any broken connecrtions (most probably signal wire)
didn't work with ares taylorcraft 130 brushless upgrade - just kept beeping.

are you sure it's not supposed to do this? most ESC's have a customizable startup tone you can change w. a programming card.
