Slacks cared… so much so, he put a cadet to investigate Aziz’s death by himself with no help from other cops. Coyote solved the case solo, but failed to get enough hard evidence and didn’t put the case onto the docket in time. Cops blamed him, barred him from doing more investigations, and drove him out of the city.
