My coach trained with you at Renzos for a year. Kenny Baker. He came over with Gunni. He always told us that the details that yourself and John Danaher were invaluable. This was when Me Danaher was the best kept secret in bjj! Thanks for these Great details
No thank you!! My coach has always said the best people to follow are the likes of yourself, John Danaher, renzo and Erik Owings. He instills in us about the correct mindset, face your fears and flaws.
Great video as usual. I have a question professor, when I get to triangle or armbar from closed guard, my opponent always stacks up and negates my attempts and usually passes my guard. How can I counter that or what am i doing wrong ?

Always good stuff what is the follow up? Is it a hip heist? Butterfly sweep? Thank you as always
Depends on his reaction. If he stays in turtle yes, heisting to the knees and front headlock series 👍🏼

It depends - but changing the angle will often fix it. Taking a scoop grip on the leg should help 👍
@@bzglick Thank you, I would try that !
Superb thank you ✌️

Thoughts on low wrist position guillotines like Karel Pravec's? I find its difficult to get the high wrist position
I haven’t seen Karel’s version. We favor the high-wrist whenever we can, but there are other effective variations 👍🏼
