But if you block and back fist, then hip throw, thats 2 moves and you can throw them as hard as you want. If you block and back fist, then side step and throw your hardest hook punch to the ribs its still 2 moves and you either end the fight by taking his air and/ breaking his ribs. You could do that first block and strike, then clothes line him with a hip toss and end in a rear naked choke. Still 2 moves. Block and strike, then pull his head down like your last move.
